I thatched her yard, and I also did it top dress overseed I cannot warranty my work as I tell all my customers if they do not have a sprinkler systemI cannot control if they do not water there long enough if not water the enough sports will not growI went out there and looked at her yard and
had some rest spots in it a few months later and I recommended send treatments that needed to be put down and I gave her in estimate to do so and she chose not to go with itthe reason it had rust spots because a lack of nutrients because it didn't have enough water
I I would love nothing more for this customer to be happy
