Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below Response to ID [redacted] It is clear that the business does not listen to the customer and does not take responsibility for the lack of customer service or professionalismWhile I was standing in the office when I dropped off my car, I simply asked if they might have a referral for cigarette burn repair or reupholsterThey said they didn’t do that there but they sometimes use a guy out in Wexford and gave me a referralI proceeded to tell them that was the next type of business I was looking for because I had let someone borrow my car to move and they smoked and burned some holes in the seats THIS HAPPENED YEARS AGO which I told them and said it has bothered me so much all these years and now I want to think about selling the car and figure I should get it repaired So why they ‘felt sorry for me’ is beyond my comprehensionYes, the car needed detailing That is why we take our dirty cars to a detailer But in no way or shape was the car ‘trashed’ That is an excuse for their poor service in not providing a service they advertiseThe car was completely void of any trash, the carpets were ALWAYS covered as I have floor covers in the car Which also became an issue A woman called and said we only do floor seats per vehicle and I said that was perfectly fine and then asked that they do the in the front as no one is ever really in my back seatShe said ‘no problem’ When I picked up the car, they only did front ones and chose of the back ones they wanted That had to be easy because they were all clean When I asked about that, the woman said, “I told the girl to tell you that we only do front and back when she called you.” And I said, ‘She did not do that and when I asked if you could just do the front instead, she agreed and never said anything at all about in front and in back’ Again with her sweet customer service attitude basically told me that was too bad and they “wouldn’t do anything about itThe other girl should have told me their policy”Again, poor customer service responseAs for dog hair, yes there is some VERY LITTLE The dog has only been in the car when going to the vet which is very rareMy dog gets car sick so I RARELY let her in the car unless it is an emergencySo no, that is untrue I work from home and barely drive my car If I am going somewhere where I have to take the dog, I have a blanket in the back that I cover the seats withFunny, I was the one who mentioned I had a dog and would be glad to have the seats vacuumed Even said, ‘it’s not that much so I’m not worried about that’And now this is the first time I am even hearing of thisAll of my seats were returned STAINEDThey were soaking wet when I picked up the car Something else I have never had in the past but they said they would dry in a couple hoursWhen they dried is when I saw the stains and that wasn’t until days later since I wasn’t in my car at all until Friday evening The windows were smeary, not even clean or clearThey did NOT go to the business in that condition The car was still dirty and I freely and happily admit that I said ‘use a little elbow grease’ and things come clean I am years old and I have had detailing on my vehicles for over years I have never filed a complaint, ever been unhappy, ever been treated with disrespect for my property and use excusesI have ALWAYS had wonderful experiences in detailing I chose them based on their website and distance with was impressive I guess you can’t judge a book by its coverI have had to clean the car on my own I scrubbed the seats and washed and cleaned all of my windows Funny, looks great and I am not a young person that does it for a professionSo I do not accept their response as clearly the never even listened to the facts, listened to my concerns, my clarifications on what they were doing They were extremely rude, defensive, combative and unprofessional in every way Regards, [redacted]

I have ALWAYS had wonderful experiences in detailing.  I chose them based on their website and distance with was impressive.  I guess you can’t judge a book by its cover. I have had to clean the car on my own.  I scrubbed the seats and washed and cleaned all of my windows.  Funny, looks great and I am not a young person that does it for a profession.
