Review: FYI: FOR AN INTERNATIONAL COMPANY WITH AN EXCELLENT PRODUCT, YOU HAVE BY FAR THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER BEEN IN CONTACT WITH!!! WHEN I FIRST CONTACTED YOU FOR A PROFESSIONAL IN MY AREA, IT TOOK MORE THAN 2 WEEKS TO GET A RESPONSE. WHEN I DID FINALLY GET A RESPONSE YOU SAID YOUR COMPUTER SYSTEM WAS DOWN. WELL THEN, YOU NEED A NEW SYSTEM! MY PROFESSIONAL SENT YOU THE HEARING AID FOR REPAIR, YOU LOST IT. REALLY!? THIS COULD NOT HAVE HAPPENED AT A LESS CONVENIENT TIME, SINCE MY HUSBAND WILL BE VACATIONING WITHOUT ONE HEARING AID.Desired Settlement: Company should review customer service for improved contact with customer. Receiving Dept. should not be losing products sent for repair. Also, review their Quality Control measures
Review: I brought my Widex hearing aids about 3 years ago after about 8 months after one failed.To repair it cost 250 to have repaired.Since then the have not worked for longer than 5 months before needing repair. A couple of weeks ago I took one that wasn't working to where I brought it and was told because of their age it would coast me 500.00!I paid 600 a piece for them.Desired Settlement: Even though they have been out of warranty for a while I feel it is an inferior product I have them fixed it twice under warranty.If they won't repair it at least put this in your records so somebody won't make the same mistake I made!
