HORRIBLE COMPANY! Jan -They replaced a Carrier Infinity Unit and dented a bunch of the fins and the outside casingThey didn't fix itNow, we have ZERO AC for a MONTH and they said we are "Out of Zone" now and won't service the unit that they installed in Jan The office staff said they would continue to service our A/C and now they say they won't come out hereIt didn't work right when they installed it and they said it was just the different model, but I have a feeling they didn't know what they were doing because we ZERO A/C and our heat didn't work right in the winter either

Repair of my existing A/C unit was performed in September of in May of the same repair broke and had to be repaired again
