I got their name from the *** magazine. They were able to get me on the schedule quickly and they called when they were on their way. They had a very nice, professional vehicle. The service man was in a nice uniform and he did a great job. He walked through the house with me, he listened to what I wanted and made a few suggestions on some troubled areas I had. He got right to work and was done quickly. He was very polite and professional. The carpet looked great. I will definitely use them again.

Widmer's cleaner was very prompt, polite and efficient. I was called the night before service and the day of as to when he would arrive. The crew, Nick and TJ did an awesome job. They offered up good information about the furniture material we had. They also cleaned additional sectional couch after requoting the price to us!

I was very impressed with how nice our carpets looked. We have been long time customers of Widmer’s and will continue to use their services.

They picked up my rug on 9/27/19 to be cleaned. It was picked up from my mom *** house. I called there several times to find out how much it was and when it could be delivered back. I was given the run around several times. Sometimes when I would call, a lady that answers acted as if I was irritating her. Today, my daughter called and spoke with Andy. He told her 50.00 for the rug cleaning, I’m sorry but after calling over a month I don’t believe that is fair to me. I honestly feel it should be a courtesy cleaning. My mom uses them for lots of things, but this has put a bad taste in her mouth as well. I feel like I was given the run around because the rug was LOST until today. When my daughter called, it was not where it was supposed to be, she had to wait on a call to see if they could find it. I will NEVER do business with them again, and I’ll be sure to tell others.

Andy, our Route Supervisor, has spoken with the customer and has made arrangements to deliver the rug at no charge. We have followed up with our Area Rug Customer Service team. We are sorry for the disappointing service. Thank you for making us aware of your experience.

I was quoted 300 or close to pick up 2 rugs and clean and re-deliver ( using a 20 percent off coupon. )
The bill came and I called to correct the amount as it’s 400 and I assumed they missed the coupon . They said it’s on there and the quote I was given was just an estimate based on the sizes I stated of the rugs . I stated the sizes of my rugs correctly and I feel 100 dollars more is not a reasonable mistake . The person I spoke to felt it was . Bad business .

Good Morning ***,I received the follow up message regarding the customer complaint from *** Best (ID#***). I have spoken to the customer and would like our resolution posted if possible. I am aware that she has not responded to you."I spoke with the customer and discovered that she had received an estimate over the phone based on her description of her rugs. The price difference between the estimate and the amount she was charged was due to the fact that her rugs were shag rugs, not the basic synthetic rugs the estimate was based on. Shag rugs have a higher price per square foot due to special handling required to clean them properly. Even though the rugs were priced correctly, I made an adjustment to the invoice to charge her the amount she would have been charged based on the estimate she received over the phone for synthetic rugs. This is the worst dry cleaning business I've ever encountered. I was a customer at the West Chester Widmer's.. I have had 6 items lost in the last year. Three of these items have been found.
Recently, I had two of my favorite items lost and they have not been found yet.
I just had a very disappointing conversation with the store manager. She told me that I could be reimbursed for the items at a depreciated rate and that it would then be out of their hands. When I asked what would happen if the items were found, she stated that I couldn't have them back! These are items that I cannot replace and I would rather have them back than the money. This whole interaction made it clear that Widmer's cares very little for their customers.
I had one item in 5 years lost at *** Dry Cleaners. They reimbursed me the full cost (even though the item was 5 years old), didn't ask for a receipt and when they found it 4 months later, I got it back. That is how you run a business and keep customers.

I'm so sorry you had this issue. I understand that *** our Regional Manager, has reached out since then to rectify this situation. Again, I'm sorry, and we truly do appreciate your business.

I had my area rugged cleaned by this business and it came back looking worse than when I received it. I called the business a half a dozen times and left voicemails. They stopped responding and refused to resolve the problem. Their work was a scam.

I left Mrs. a voice message this morning. It seems there is a back and forth of messages being left. We have been trying to pick the rug up to re-clean it. There was heavy traffic wear, matting patterns and heavy staining on the rug. The wear is accentuated after soil is removed from the cleaning. We did clean the rug and removed the soil, but we can't fix wear patterns. This is not a scam. Kevin went over this and had Mrs. sign a disclaimer form that explains this before we cleaned it. However we have no problem re cleaning it for her for no charge. Again, this re-cleaning will not remove the wear patterns and matting of the rug.

was running a special on carpet cleaning, since I have a dog and the carpets needed more than vacuuming at this point. Scheduling was easy with Widmer's. The technicians called beforehand to say that they were running early. The carpets were surveyed, the furniture inspected. One technician did spot cleaning before steam was applied at what I was told was 200 deg. F. The suction is amazing, able to lift a balling bowl. My hallway looked exceptionally well after this cleaning. The two technicians worked as a team and were highly professional. I was pleased with their competency, the overall results and the price. I asked them to come back in about 6 months. I would give Widmer's an A+ based on my personal experience.
