In regards to a letter of complaint that I received dated January 4, On Dec28th between 8-am it started to snow in Milwaukee and the surrounding areaThe snow continued until approximately 12:am on Dec29th As stated, I was contacted at approximately 2am by the client The client asked when the snow would be removed from her home as she had to leave for work at 7am I informed her that I could not specify a time as to when we would get to her account, as this was an above average snowfall, and we were very behind, and that things that should have taken mins were in all reality taking in excess of hours The client told me that this would not work for her and that her account needed to be addressed by 7am I informed her that the contract we had, did not specify a time that service would be completed by I also told her to rest assured that she is on our run list and we would absolutely be servicing her as soon as time allottedShe stated that our contract says clearing commences after inches of fresh snow, (which is correct) and that she would absolutely need service prior to7am for future dates I explained to her that our company would more often than not, be able to provide service prior to 7am, and that it might be a better fit if she could find a local to her neighborhood person that would be able to meet the time constraintsI offered to send back her January payment when I received it in the mail, and offered a termination to the contract without recourse, that was the end of that conversation At approximately 7pm on Dec 29th we arrived to service her account and completed the task At approximately 8:pm, I received a call from the client stating that we missed clearing the carriage way between the city sidewalk and the streetI was also asked what would be the terms of service for the remaining winter season I apologized for the error in the service and informed her that we would return to clear the carriage way but it would not be that nightAs for the remainder of the winter, we would not be able to service her account prior to 7am, and I reaffirmed that I would return her January payment once it arrived as well as an amendment releasing her from the contract She told me that with the check, I was to send a voided contract, because there was a breach of contract I told her that I didn't necessarily feel that there was a breach of contract on my part because nowhere in the contract does it specify a time in which service will be provided by, that was the end of this conversation On 12/at about 3pm, we returned to clear the carriage way On 01/02/at about 7: pm, prior to receiving any correspondence from the Revdex.com, I made contact with the clientDuring this conversation, I apologized for being unable to service her account prior to 7am, and offered to not only return the January payment, but refund December's payment and absorb the cost of the clearings that took place on Dec and Dec 31, along with the refund and returned payment, I would offer an amendment releasing both of us from this contract and forfeiting any legal action regarding this contractThe client agreed with this On January 4th at about 6:45pm, I met with the client at her residence, refunded December's payment, returned her January check which I received by that time, and we both signed the amendment While it saddens me to have lost a customer, I feel that I went above and beyond considering I did provide a service that I was not compensated for, as a good faith customer service.Sincerely, [redacted] (Member TJ DuFrane Enterprises LLC)

In regards to a letter of complaint that I received dated January 4, 2016.  On Dec. 28th 2015 between 8-9 am it started to snow in Milwaukee and the surrounding area. The snow continued until approximately 12:00 am on Dec. 29th.  As stated, I was contacted at...

approximately 2am by the client.  The client asked when the snow would be removed from her home as she had to leave for work at 7am.  I informed her that I could not specify a time as to when we would get to her account, as this was an above average snowfall, and we were very behind, and that  things that should have taken 30 mins were in all reality taking in excess of 3 hours.  The client told me that this would not work for her and that her account needed to be addressed by 7am.  I informed her that the contract we had, did not specify a time that service would be completed by.  I also told her to rest assured that she is on our run list and we would absolutely be servicing her as soon as time allotted. She stated that our contract says clearing commences after 2 inches of fresh snow, (which is correct)  and that she would absolutely need service prior to7am for future dates.  I explained to her that our company would more often than not, be able to provide service prior to 7am, and that it might be a better fit if she could find a local to her neighborhood person that would be able to meet the time constraints. I offered to send back her January payment when I received it in the mail, and offered a termination to the contract without recourse, that was the end of that conversation.  At approximately 7pm on Dec 29th we arrived to service her account and completed the task.  At approximately 8:15 pm, I received a call from the client stating that we missed clearing the carriage way between the city sidewalk and the street. I was also asked what would be the terms of service for the remaining winter season.  I apologized for the error in the service and informed her that we would return to clear the carriage way but it would not be that night. As for the remainder of the winter, we would not be able to service her account prior to 7am, and I reaffirmed that I would return her January payment once it arrived as well as an amendment releasing her from the contract.  She told me that with the check, I was to send a voided contract, because there was a breach of contract.  I told her that I didn't necessarily feel that there was a breach of contract on my part because nowhere in the contract does it specify a time in which service will be provided by, that was the end of this conversation.   On 12/31 at about 3pm, we returned to clear the carriage way.  On 01/02/16 at about 7:30  pm,  prior to receiving any correspondence from the Revdex.com, I made contact with the client. During this conversation, I apologized for being unable to service her account prior to 7am, and offered to not only return the January payment, but refund December's payment and absorb the cost of the clearings that took place on Dec 29 and Dec 31, along with the refund and returned payment, I would offer an amendment releasing both of us from this contract and forfeiting any legal action regarding this contract. The client agreed with this.  On January 4th 2016 at about 6:45pm, I met with the client at her residence, refunded December's payment, returned her January check which I received by that time, and we both signed the amendment.  While it saddens me to have lost a customer, I feel that I went above and beyond considering I did provide a service that I was not compensated for, as a good faith customer service.Sincerely,[redacted](Member TJ DuFrane Enterprises LLC)
