Regular customer for several years for service and maintenance of irrigation system Booked appointment, confirmed appointment, waited all day, - no show, no call Next day, was told that is just what sometimes happens...and she would see what she could do to reschedule - no return call Obviously business must be so good that they don't need to treat their customers with respect

Totally unhappy with the service we received from this companyOur hot water tank needed replacing on a SatThe service tech was at our home and contacted the owner as we wanted a quote, the owner would not give us a specific price just keep saying he would give us a dealWe hesitate because of weekend rates but went aheadWhen we received our invoice it did not add up and we were very unhappy with the priceI spoke to the owner times regarding this invoice he said that was the set rate for a Sat (which he wouldn't quote on the phone) I told him that we would have waited until MonThe invoice still didn't add up and he just kept going on and on about us wanting a deal and that our hot water tank was oldI finally insisted he look at the invoice and pointed out my concerns -very difficult getting this man to listen! he sent us a cheque for $discrepancy but I received no apology for having to listen to him on occasions insisting that we just wanted a deal and no understanding of the fact that we would have waited until Mon if he would have been open and honest about his pricingWe will not deal with this company in the future
