I was on an extended internet "CHAT" with customer service when the customer service manager (Yuri Levin) took over the chat and told me that I had used up all the time he was willing to "allow" meHe then disconnected the chatI re-initiated the chat to talk to Yuri and try to "normalize" our relationship but one of the other members of "Customer Service" ( [redacted] ) kept deliberately hanging the phone up on meI then emailed them that even though they were being childish and rude that I would still buy their productThey sent a reply asking me NOT to buy their productI complied, and returned the card unusedI believe this is unacceptable; I think they have a right to choose to deal or not deal with a customer but the way they acted was uncalled forThey were not well versed in English usage and said that I was unable to understand EnglishHowever, as a [redacted]  alumnus, I think that any linguistic weakness, if present, was on their side

This was a rip off! I rented a phone from [redacted] because I was going to be travelling in Canada, Spain, France, Italy and Germany and I wanted to be able to stay in touch with my daughters in the StatesThe phone never worked internationally and I even tried to have my boyfriend in the States get in touch with [redacted] to get the phone to work All I could ever got was a message that said "for emergency use only." When I returned from my trip I called to advise them of my difficulties and they were just rude Without really any explanation about the problems, I was curtly told that I would get my refund after I returned the phoneI sent the phone back registered mail and I have conformation that they received the phone back (with all the accessories) on Thursday 10/but today is Thursday 10/and I have not gotten my money back SO, I rented an International phone that did not work internationally and they charged my credit card $338.95, they got the phone back but I have not gotten my money backI would not even give this company a half of a star

I ordered and signed up for their sim card about two months ago, mainly due to the bonus airline miles advertised on their page: http://www.onesimcard.com/mobile-miles/ that other resellers of the same network didn't have
After meeting the requirements for the offer, I was told to contact a 3rd party email to inquire about the offerI went back and forth with them over two emails, until they stopped respondingAny queries to onesimcard was again a simple redirect to this 3rd party, even though the advertisement and offer is made on their site

LDPost suddenly increased their rates fold, from 2-cents per minute to cents per minute for international calls to the NetherlandsA call that should have cost cents cost me nearly $I know they can change their rates, but I believe a fold increase is unreasonable without a warning to its customers that call to the impacted countriesNeither will they refund my balanceI know the terms state so, but again an unreasonable rate increase should overrideIt is close to fraud, what prevents them form charging $per minute and rain any balance in a few minutes
I have used LDPost for many years and this, at a minimum very bad customer service, is very disappointing

I was on an extended internet "CHAT" with customer service when the customer service manager (Yuri Levin) took over the chat and told me that I had used up all the time he was willing to "allow" meHe then disconnected the chatI re-initiated the chat to talk to Yuri and try to "normalize" our relationship but one of the other members of "Customer Service" (***) kept deliberately hanging the phone up on meI then emailed them that even though they were being childish and rude that I would still buy their productThey sent a reply asking me NOT to buy their productI complied, and returned the card unusedI believe this is unacceptable; I think they have a right to choose to deal or not deal with a customer but the way they acted was uncalled forThey were not well versed in English usage and said that I was unable to understand EnglishHowever, as a *** *** *** alumnus, I think that any linguistic weakness, if present, was on their side

I opened an account with Onesimcard  over a year agoI decided to cancel my SIM accounts because their networks don't provide data service in the Dominican Republic (among other things)I invested money in one cellphone, who's battery died a few months later, and also in two SIM cards but got very little good service out of themI had $as airtime balance in the account but they refused to refund the money once I finally decided to cancel my account

Company advertised their *** cards as saving 85% compared to US carriers for international charges when their rates are much higher when undisclosed charges are factored inThe company advertised that the phones would display a US phone number for caller ID, but only displayed an *** phone numberI purchased a number of minutes but they charged for phone calls on top of the minutes usedThe data charges were much higher than the posted ratesFor example they charged $minutes for alleged data use on a cruise ship, when in fact, we were using a free wifi networkThe company had no disclosure about thisIn the middle of the trip, the company disabled the *** cards but denied that they did so even though I have SMS messages from them confirming this factI tried repeatedly to resolve this with the company but they have stonewalledA customer service supervisor said he would call me but never did

After multiple chats with the company before purchasing the calling plan, I was made aware after I purchased a plan and added times as much funds to the card as necessary, that the funds would expire in monthsAt no point in my conversations with the staff was I made aware of funds expiring After a rather rude interaction with the chat staff, I had an even worse interaction with someone on the phone I was put on hold for min the second I mentioned that I had a problem, only to be told that it is what it is and laughing at me after asking for a manager to speak to
The staff person was incredible rude, following the same tone as I was confronted with onlineThe tone and treatment received fits the fact that I am now losing quite a bit of money, even though I've had multiple conversations about the expiration of funds as I knew I wouldn't be using the phone for at least a year after the initial use I was assured that nothing would happen for years - not months I would highly recommend staying far away from this company and their 'customer service'

This company provided horrible customer service (and that's saying a lot)The support staff routinely hang up at the start of a call, they don't listen and when they can't solve a simple problem they claim you're using foul language and hang up on you or disconnect the chatSince when has "damn" or "IT DOESN'T WORK." classed as foul? Purchased phone in advance of European trip (more than days out)The only thing the phone was good for was a cameraI sent out test text messages and phone calls (that weren't received by others traveling with us) and was charged for themOneSimCard won't provide any sort of credit on any of my issuesI won't recommend this product to any one I know traveling abroad

This was a rip off! I rented a phone from *** because I was going to be travelling in Canada, Spain, France, Italy and Germany and I wanted to be able to stay in touch with my daughters in the StatesThe phone never worked internationally and I even tried to have my boyfriend in the States get in touch with *** to get the phone to work All I could ever got was a message that said "for emergency use only." We contracted to be distributors of OneSimCard some time ago, with a pre-purchase of simcards for distribution outside of the US Recently those paid for simcards were deactivated without notice or warning At no time were we informed the simcards had a 'shelf-life' as is now being claimed by customer supportMore concerning is there was at no time any communication that the simcards would be deactivatedWe only found out when we attempted to allocate the cards to new customers The signed contract made no mention of simcards needing to be activated or sold to end-users by any specific dateAnd again, we reiterate, at no time were we afforded the courtesy of being warned these may be deactivated We have now made numerous attempts to discuss the issue and resolve the situation, in most cases we've had no response or responses which do not apply to the situation at hand We believe our request have been reasonable and with fair intent to come to a reasonable agreement given the

This company has a well deserved reputation for misrepresenting their product and extreme rudeness to customersIn particular, their 24/customer support is sociopathic, to say the leastIt seems that they don't want to be helpful and prefer to spend their time annoying customers
