Wienerschnitzel

Review: On April 12, 2014 around 2pm. I visited with my family of 5 and it was an absolute disaster. After I ordered, I decided I wanted to get a chili cheese fries with bacon and ranch. I noticed that the individual that placed his order after me, got his order before me. After waiting a good amount of time for "1" item, I asked, "Where is my order?" The cashier told me that it was coming right up. When the order was ready, the cashier noticed that there was no bacon or ranch on it, so she had the lady cook add these to it. When I got my food, I noticed that none of the cheese was melted. I touched it and it felt cold, as if they just grabbed it out of the refrigerator or freezer. AND the cheese was NOT melting with the hot chili!!!I was very disappointed, especially that I had to wait long enough for it. I did NOT take a single bite. I took the item back to the cashier and asked them if they could heat it up in the microwave. And the cook heated it up and left the microwave going. I know very well that it takes about 10 seconds TOPS to melt cheese. However, at about 30 seconds I anxiously summoned the cashier to tell the cook to STOP the microwave! Okay, so I got my food back, but the cheese was nuked! The entire food looked disgusting! I just could not stomach even taking one bite from it.I just could not take the item back to the cashier again. My entire meal was ruined!!! I just left the item on the counter...UNTOUCHED! I took a picture of the unmelted cheese and I took a picture after it was microwaved!I reported this matter TWICE to the Wienerschnitzel corporate headquarters, but they have failed to respond!Desired Settlement: Refund and letter of apology
