I spoke with the customer this morning and we have found a resolutionI appreciate the opportunity provided by the customer to resolve this issue.?

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find this resolution satisfactory; they have offered a full refund I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved Regards, [redacted] ***

We have been in communication with [redacted] regarding his installation throughout the processThe initial installation was completed on 9/2/which required one additional day needed to complete due to thicker than expected concrete resulting in the need to bring in the proper equipment for the removal of the concreteA week later the customer contacted us to inform us that there were issues with the installationWe went out to assess the area and determined that rain gutters needed to be installedWe contacted the customer regarding the issue and visited the site again two days later to ensure all concerns were addressedWe notated the need to fix noticeable seamsWe came back to fix the noticeable seams? and? while on site we determined that the installation was not to our standards and elected to reinstall with brand new turfThe replacement and installation was completed and the customer was happy with the replacementWe have offered the customer a series of cleanings available for future use for any inconvenience the ? customer has experiencedWhile unforeseen circumstances have impacted the timeline of the installation,? we have taken every appropriate measure? to ensure the project was installed properly

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below Hi ***,The did not call yesterday as they said they would.I noticed the complaint has not been reopened I'd appreciate it if you could reopen it, especially in light of them not following through with what they said they’d do[redacted] Regards, [redacted] ***

Thank you for the opportunity to respond to this customer concern We completed an installation at the home of Mrand Mrs [redacted] in April They have a problem with Nutsedge (also known as Nut Grass) in their yard This is a weed that is very common in their neighborhood Their installation looks fantastic, with the exception of this weed growth The appearance of weeds is not covered under the warranty, however, we have offered to pull back their turf to allow them (or a licensed herbicide applicator) to treat the area Several applications are usually required as this is a very persistent, deep rooted weed We would then put the turf back in place, at no charge to them This offer was originally accepted by both Mrand Mrs [redacted] and then rejected in a later email and by certified letter This weed is very treatable with the proper applications of Sedgehammer or similar herbicide Their landscaper has quoted them an exorbitant amount to treat the area, but that is beyond our control The Revdex.com complaint states that we “failed to treat their yard with the proper chemical sprays that we treated their two neighbors yards with” This is untrue We have never treated any yard with chemical sprays prior to installation We are not licensed to do so and we simply don’t do it The complaint also states that we failed to respond to her many calls and emails to EasyTurf employees This is also untrue We keep extensive records of all customer contact and we have been in touch with the [redacted] ’s on many, many occasions, via phone, email and in person We have not told them what they wanted to hear, but we have been responsive The complaint asks us to respond and to treat their Nutsedge and reinstall the turf We have been more than responsive and we have offered to pull back to the turf to allow them (or their designee) to treat the area and to reinstall it afterward They agreed to this and we had it scheduled to happen last week When we called to confirm that we would be there on the agreed upon date, they informed us that they were no longer interested in solving the problem and demanded a full refund We have been back and forth on this with them For some reason they believe that this is an ongoing problem but it is not When properly treated, it will no longer be an issue for them Mrs [redacted] has been more than rude to our employees who have only tried to help remedy the situation She accused us of not installing the proper amount of base rock (someone told her this could be the cause of the Nutsedge) and we came out and proved to them that we had done a proper install She has called several of them “liars” and has trashed us on social media There have been any number of other threats, accusations and misstatements but I will leave it here Despite all of this, our offer to assist in resolving the matter stands We did a fantastic installation for them We did not introduce this weed and are not responsible for it It is a very fixable situation, and we believed that we had all agreed on a solution, only to have them change their minds They informed us that they now plan to build a courtyard in the area

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
The response filed by Easy Turf contains statementsI did not call their employees "liars" (or any of their other allegations), and they are free to supply documentation to support this, as all of our correspondence was via emails so that I would have written record of what had transpired Easy Turf did, in fact, initially offer us a full refund, but as we stood on the lawn in question they talked us out of that and convinced us that it was "treatable" and that they would the entire process "two or three times if we have to in order to keep you as a satisfied customer." They also informed us that another female customer "had to treat her Nutsedge for EIGHT MONTHS"Therefore, after considering the cost of the treatment, and realizing that there may never be an end to the dollar amount or time frame of the treatment, we decided that if we were going to be out that much money anyway we might as well have a courtyard built where we would have a set dollar amount known in advance, and have the security of knowing that the Nutsedge would not be a problem in the future. As evidenced in their response, Easy Turf is aware that the "Nutsedge is a problem in [my] neighborhood", therefore they sold me a product knowing it would failThe salesman AND the installation crew guaranteed (they actually used the word "guarantee") me that nothing - NOTHING - would get through thereThey are also making statements in saying that the neighbors yards were not sprayed prior to laying the turfThey sprayed one yard once, and *** ***'s yard was sprayed TWICE! Mr*** was on the architectural committee for the HOA Board at the time, so they took great care of his yard - spraying it once, waiting three days, then spraying a second time prior to laying the turfI have a written statement from Mr*** verifying this (which I'm trying to figure out how to attach to this response)Easy Turf's way around this is placing blame on the salesman, *** *** ***, as Mr*** moonlights and takes projects away from Easy Turf, all the while using Easy Turf employees to do the work he has stolen away from Easy Turf As evidenced in Mr***'s correspondence, he indicates that the salesman, Michael ***, approached him and said, "I can save you $1,off the prep work if you pay me directly and not pay Easy Turf." Mr*** paid the salesman and the work was performed by Easy Turf employees on his propertyBased on this evidence, it is clear that I did not get the same treatment as my neighbors did, nor did I get the same quality of product, as they knew if would come through since my yard was not sprayed. I have saved all correspondence between myself and Easy Turf and can prove on many occasions I was lied to, treated unfairly based on my sex and lack of knowledge, and was initially offered a full refundAt this point we will never work with Easy Turf, our HOA is now taking steps to protect the remaining homeowners from this company who has shady business practices, and will ONLY accept a full refund of our $8,in order to feel a satisfactory outcome.

Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. This statement by EasyTurf is simply false. The condominium's property manager, building engineer, and president of the board of directors were all involved in the research on this product and communications with EasyTurf. EasyTurf was made fully aware of how we were using a previous product and told us we could use their product in the same way. At no point did EasyTurf state that we needed to follow any type of required, or even just recommended, installation process. We asked a multitude of questions about how the product would function with our set-up. Again, no concerns were raised whatsoever. And use of fixed edging was never indicated as something that was necessary to ensure proper functioning of the product. The property manager, engineer, and board president will all testify to this fact. This says a lot about this company that they would manufacture a fictitious narrative such as this.It says even more about the company that they state that "There is no defect in the product" when they have made no attempt to send a local representative here to inspect the material. This statement and similar statements on the phone rule out any possibility whatsoever that perhaps there was a defect in a certain lot of of manufactured material. We have never come across a company that has said it is simply impossible for a defect to occur.EasyTurf itself says that very few of their clients have their turf installed where they actually peel it up and look underneath it. So let's say it's 5% of clients that do peel it up. And let's say they had a defect in 2% of their manufactured product. That means that 0.1% -- or out of clients would see such a problem. So the odds on this being seen are extremely small. But perhaps we are such a client. But according to EasyTurf -- who didn't even look at our product and simply dismissed our photos, video surveillance records, and staff feedback showing no spillage of any consequence of the infill over the sides of the product -- a defect was impossible. We suggest steering clear of this company. They clearly have no interest in standing by their product and hearing anything that might suggest a problem with it.Regards,*** ***

The issues that Park Monroe Condominium Homes & Association are experiencing with the artificial grass is caused by a lack of installation The infill referenced is either being washed out the side due to a lack of fixed edges and/or was poured directly into the drainage tilesThe
infill is not coming through the turfWhen speaking with the customer prior to ordering materials we strongly suggested the customer purchase our fixed edging materialThe customer opted to go withoutIt appears the turf was installed on top of the drainage tiles and set in the center of a room without any barriers to retain the artificial turf system and ensure that the infill stayed in place. Unfortunately, the improper and/or lack of installation of the artificial turf has caused the problemThere is no defect in the product
