*** [redacted] *** [redacted] The washing machine valve has been replaced. The invoice attached to Wiese's response to my complaint is clearly not generated from actual work records.Based on personal experience dealing with the office personnel at Wiese we believe records for work performed on the invoice they provided the Revdex.com do not exist, but this was created from an initial walk through done by Wiese in December, 2015.Examples include but are not limited to:- KITCHEN: SINK, FAUCET, VALVES, DRAIN AND SHUT OFFS This work was performed and billed on invoice [redacted] - MASTER BATH: SHOWER FAUCET WITH SHUT OFF VALVESREPLACED PIPING UNDER LAV Chris consulted with me and my husband while he was working on the shower regarding the shower valves We advised him to skip installation of valves in the shower. This is also far from a line item billing which they normally provide This created receipt lends credence to our earlier suspicion that the $we were told we owed and subsequently paid was an estimate and did not reflect actual charges. The receipt is wholly unacceptable but it is a perfect example of why I filed a Revdex.com complaint. The examples noted above along with other billing discrepancies lead us to also believe we overpaid for the work that was performed Obviously we were double billed, and paid twice for the work in the kithen Additonally, we have paid for shower valve installation master bathroom shower that were not installed. It would be better if Wiese would just admit they do not have the necessary documents to produce an accurate bill to justify the $on 1/28/16.At this point, we are unsure as to what the appropriate next step would be

Initial Business Response /* (1000, 10, 2015/10/29) */
The diagnostic charge per their home warranty company is $They have to pay that at the time of serviceThey will not have to pay another company this fee for the same problemIt is our technician's responsibility to call in the work
ordersWe do apologize for this problem and the tech has been talked toThe $still is valid due to our service of diagnosing the problem
Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (3000, 12, 2015/11/02) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
They never submitted anything to the home warranty companyThat's why I called the home warranty company and was told they would send out another plumber because they lost the paperworkThat was never doneI called again, which now I have the choice of anyone to fix my plumberI had to pay another fee to do thisI have called weise plenty of times and they always take my name and number but never have they called me back to resolve or even explain anything of what's going onTherefore I concluded they were avoiding meThe piece paper I have from them showing my charges doesn't even say a *** thing what's wrong with my plumbingSo, if taking my money, and not even processing my claim to my home warranty company still makes your visit validThen I'm truly amazedDo they even have my number to call me, after countless phone calls and visited my house? Probably not!
Final Business Response /* (4000, 14, 2015/11/03) */
If the home warranty charged him a second time, he will have to contact themUsually, they will not charge another deductable for the same problemThe $dollar deductable was for our service call to the house
Final Consumer Response /* (4200, 16, 2015/11/04) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
In your own statement you were supposed to contact/submit information to my home warranty companyYou never didMy money did not and will never go towards my repair like it is supposed tooYour previous statement about that charge going to my repair bill was stated by you yourselfYou further admitted you rep remanded your employee because he never submitted anything to my home warranty companyYour office never returned my callsYour office never came back to my houseYour company was sent to repair my leak by my home warranty companySo againI restate that I just paid dollars for your plumber to put a hole in my ceiling and run off with my moneyIf you were a reputable company, you would of called me and try to resolve this issueInstead you only decide to reply after I contact the better business after phone calls and an email after what monthsIf you really do work for hsa warranties then you know they require an estimateI have no estimateIncludrd your own documentsThere's no labor, no material costIt just repeats same thing I told hsaDrain pipe leaking

[redacted]Good Afternoon,Attached is a copy of the detailed receipt for the work performed at the...

above address. The washing machine has been repaired at Wiese’s expense and hopefully has been resolved. Melissa S[redacted]Wiese Plumbing and Heating, Inc.3807 Wadsworth Rd.Norton, Ohio 44203[redacted]

Initial Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2016/04/29) */
[redacted] is a home warranty company that requires the customer to pay their deductible on the first visit which in this case was $75. This fee is just for us coming to the home to diagnose and is in the signed agreement between the home owner and...

[redacted].
Wiese is always flexible with their scheduling, however [redacted] requires work to be performed during normal business hours, not after work or on sat unless the customer wants to pay the over time charges, which she did not.
Wiese works for [redacted] and thus we report to them our diagnosis and charges for the repairs and replacements. [redacted] then determines what is and what is not covered by the customer's contract. They ([redacted]) in turn contact the customer regarding the non-covered charges prior to giving Wiese approval to go ahead with the repair or replacement.
Permit pricing varies for each county, in which this case is $35. Our price also includes office time to pull the permit and to set up the inspection. Working time is chargeable time.
In regards to the sump pump, we replaced her existing sump pump. A home warranty company replaces apples to apples so to speak. If there was not an existing check valve we would have not replaced one in the first place.
As far as performing the work, Wiese does this for a living. Just like any business, as long as we are paid we are happy to perform the work. in this case, she was not happy with what her home warranty company was not covering and told us not to come to her home.
Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (3000, 7, 2016/05/07) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
I am not sure why your response wasn't truthful, it is sad and unfortunate. Your company already refused to complete my install which is why I placed the Revdex.com complaint, breach of contract. I complained to [redacted] and they offered to call Wiese on my behalf to get me scheduled even though I already told them you wouldn't come out. They assured me your company was under contract as a provider and I had nothing to worry about. When [redacted] placed me on hold to schedule my install appointment with your company for noon Friday April 29, 2016 they clicked over and told me Wiese confirmed my appointment which was shocking to me since the customer service rep previously stated installs were only completed 8am first appointment any day even though I told your worker I could not have anyone home until noon any day at the earliest. When the 29th fell and Wiese was 45 minutes late I called them directly to inquire. They reiterated they will not service my address due to the Revdex.com claim and the Wiese worker who scheduleded the appointment for Friday at noon did not know about my complaint when she confirmed the appointment with [redacted]. I was told by Wiese that they had called [redacted] to cancel the appointment and that it had been [redacted]'s responsibility to call me to let me know Wiese would not be out. I was told [redacted] dropped the ball. I contacted [redacted] who contacted Wiese about the appointment. [redacted] told me Wiese was refusing to come out. I had to wait for a process that entailed the contracts department from [redacted] contacting Wiese and asking them to honor their contract with [redacted] and render services. Again they declined and I don't know what ramifications there were if any for refusing to honor the contract and complete the work. I feel no animosity at all, it was not meant to be and I prefer the company not come out if they really preferred not to as I would have been worried that I would have gotten incomplete work again or worse, shoddy work. Maybe this is just an isolated incident I don't know. Unfortunately this is a small mom's and pop's business and it is possible they were emotionally invested in this contracted repair and lost a certain level of professionalism and care that they may regularly extend to the majority of their customers, I don't know and don't wish to contemplate the reasons why they failed to provide completed professional services. At this point I am dealing with another contracted [redacted] provider and look forward to finally getting the tank installed and enjoying hot water once again. It has been almost a month without hot water but we are surviving. The estimate for the new provider is the same out of pocket work recommended but also lower than Wiese Plumbing which is a plus. As a recommendation to future customers if you do not want trouble don't have an opinion, don't conduct your own research, do not ask questions, and let Wiese do whatever they want and charge what they want. If so, you will not have any problems, interruption of services, and will be left with kind words, a smile, and more likely than not being taken advantage of financially.

[redacted]   To whom it may concern,               Chris and Jerry from our company went to Mr. [redacted]’s home on Monday, November 20th, 2017.   Chris and Jerry...

replaced the clogged oil nozzle. (It being clogged due to the homeowner running the furnace with no oil.)  Then, they were going to replace the filter to the furnace as it was clogged and needed replaced as well.  The water heater was in the way and the filter access was blocked.  They explained that the water heater would need to be moved so that they could get access. Mr. [redacted]s (the homeowner) asked if the technicians could leave the filter.  He said that he would access it himself and replace the filter on his own.  The homeowner had them leave stating that he would finish the job.  They left the filter with the homeowner as per his request. If allowed to do their job, they would have replaced the filter, then tested operation of the oil furnace.  If there were any issues, they would have continued with their diagnosis, then fixed that issue. Since technicians were not allowed by the homeowner to do what was needed to be done, they were unable to do a complete diagnosis on the furnace or resolve it at that juncture.  Mrs. [redacted]s called the next day saying that they installed the filter, and the oil furnace was still not working.  If the homeowner had let us complete the job the first time, then the homeowners issue would have been fixed the first time. The homeowner said that they were home and to come on out. They were not home. This happened many times the previous day as well.  We did our best to accommodate the homeowner.   The homeowner called and said that Mr. [redacted]s had fell off the roof and had to be life flighted to the hospital.  They said that they would call back and get on schedule after they knew what was going on. The next day they called and said Mr. [redacted]s was home and demanded that someone come out. They also said that the furnace not working was our fault.  We said that we were going to try to get someone out that day but no promises since we were down a technician and very booked for the day.  Nearing the end of the day, Jerry our technician said that he was coming down very ill and regrettably not be able to make it to the homeowner that night but would be able to in the morning.               Mr. [redacted]s called and talked with one of our secretaries.  She was trying to explain the situation as best she could through his belligerence, yelling, screaming, and foul language. He then showed up at our office with the police demanding that someone come out to his house and a refund for the work that we did do on the previous visit.             It should be noted that the police officer had a very difficult time calming down the homeowner, and believed the amount for the work that we did do was a very fair rate.  Our rate was $80.00 for a service call, and $24.50 for the nozzle that we replaced and the filter that we left for the homeowner.             Because of the above reasons, and the erratic behavior of Mr. [redacted]s; We do not feel it in the best interest of the company and our technicians to complete the job.  The monies that we charged was fair and reasonable for the work that was performed.

Wiese advised the customer, not only on the job but also when she called in to the office, that the floor would need leveled if she wanted us to warranty the toilet. Yes, you can shim it to level it but the chance of a call back is high. The bolts were not the problem, the floor was.

Tell us why here. To whom it may concern,               We were dispatched to Mr. [redacted]’s house initially for a drain line issue. We discovered the drain pipe went into a wall. To fix the issue, we needed to determine the location...

of the drain in the wall. The second trip consisted of using a camera to find the location of the pipe that needed repair. Third trip we cut out drywall in a closet to visibly see the pipe where the obstructions was located. Regarding secondary issues with the joist, electric, and secondary issues involved after getting a full blueprint of the job location and obstructions; we then returned to perform extensive stack work which was not an easy job.  We did have to return after to tighten loose ends.              Mr. [redacted] then called us regarding a different problem all together about a waterline to a toilet that we needed to get authorization to do the job.                Overall, this has been a long and tedious process which with the warranty company requiring authorization for every step of the job for work needing to be performed, then accessing which takes time, and multiple trips contributing to the length of time that this job required.                Because of these reasons, we cannot reimburse Mr. [redacted] for justifiable work which was required to fix the initial problem. ..

[redacted]The washing machine valve has been replaced. The invoice attached to Wiese's response to my complaint is clearly not generated from actual work records.Based on personal experience dealing with the office personnel at Wiese we believe records for work performed on the invoice they provided the Revdex.com do not exist, but this was created from an initial walk through done by Wiese in December, 2015.Examples include but are not limited to:-  KITCHEN: SINK, FAUCET, VALVES, DRAIN AND SHUT OFFS.   This work was performed and billed on invoice [redacted]-  MASTER BATH: SHOWER FAUCET WITH SHUT OFF VALVES. REPLACED   PIPING UNDER LAV.   Chris consulted with me and my husband while he was working on the shower regarding the shower valves.  We advised him to skip installation   of valves in the shower. This is also far from a line item billing which they normally provide.  This created receipt lends credence to our earlier suspicion that the $2019 we were told we owed and subsequently paid was an estimate and did not reflect actual charges. The receipt is wholly unacceptable but it is a perfect example of why I filed a Revdex.com complaint. The examples noted above along with other billing discrepancies lead us to also believe we overpaid for the work that was performed.  Obviously we were double billed, and paid twice for the work in the kithen.  Additonally, we have paid for shower valve installation master bathroom shower that were not installed. It would be better if Wiese would just admit they do not have the necessary documents to produce an accurate bill to justify the $2019 on 1/28/16.At this point, we are unsure as to what the appropriate next step would be.
