I wouldn’t recommend this company to my worst enemy! Spotty signal strength, and you may get dial up speed every other day if anything at allCall to ask them and they say it’s because of your router and then will try to talk you into buying their routerTheir tech came out and installed their router, evidently without the office knowing, so when I called again, they said it was my router to which I replied, “no, it’s your router!” Been dealing with this horrible service for years, only signing a or year contract and now they won’t let us out of the contract without paying $300! Scammers at bestI have emails and calls recorded and saved just to prove how many times myself or my husband have had issuesGo to Hughes Net, save yourself a major migraine and a lot of money! I’m only giving it one star because it won’t offer me negative stars

I would not recommend this companyYou will pay for shady service that will not work half of the timeThey would come out and check our service complaintsThey installed a box on our roof to get better reception in which reception would work great for a few days but then go right back to constantly droppingIn our rural area, we were limited to internet choicesThey were nice as pie to get us in the door but turned as soon as we had better internet service optionsAfter numerous, numerous requests to get a contract, outside of a verbal contract, we finally through our hands up in the air, paid the fees and left the companyFor about a year now, we have been on them to come and get the equipment they installed inside our home as well as on our roofThey came quickly after we cancelled to take the box off of our roof but left the pedestal and all the wires on the roofWe have called a few times & spoke with the lady that always answers explaining suchWe were told usually that this is the homeowners responsibilityWe explained this is your equipment and you installed suchShe stated she would pass this along to the field workersThe second time we called we were told to mail the interior equipment back to them or to drop it off to themWe are still waiting! Stay clear!!!

I ordered internet service from this company in May 2017, I paid for installation and for full months within the first daysThe Internet was not working and they scheduled tech to come out to repair, however they never showed upI reached out to the company for resolution with no availI decided to cancel the service within the first days due to non service and poor customer serviceI now have a bill for $from this company being reported to credit bureau

This business is the worstWe signed a year contract with them a couple years ago, to which they verbally communicated our service countract over the phoneThey told us that we were signing a one year contract, that is itThey NEVER communicated to us that it was in their VERY FINE PRINT that the contract would renew itselfThey NEVER told us that we didn't have to sign anything for a contract to roll over and renew itselfThey NEVER discussed their concellation policy while discussing all other details of our serviceAnd now that we want to cancel, what we thought was a month to month service, they are demanding we pay a $cancellation feeTheir customer service is awful and this is a scamThey have done this to all their customers to all of their customers to collect fees that is just wrong
