I saw the poetic Justice braided wig and fell in love, I was skeptical to make a purchase a first and then saw that once customer with any grievances lodged a complaint the wig parlor staff responded, so I assumed those cases were isolated. BOY WAS I WRONG.
This has been one of the worst companies I have EVER ordered from, there is no communication regarding your purchase, customer service is non-existent. It has been 6 weeks since I ordered my wig and I have yet to receive a response from them regarding the status. I understand that wigs, especially custom wigs can take a long time, however ignoring a customers request for a status report is unacceptable.
Now, I am left in limbo, wondering if I will receive my hair before my trip at the end of the month. I have send 2-3 messages and filed a dispute with PayPal and they still have not even given me the time of day. But my money has been withdrawn, oh that was done very quickly!
For anyone that wants to order from this company, know you are taking a risk, if you are a consumer that needs to be able to communicate with the vendor, PLEASE choose another company to order from.
I would still love to receive this wig but at this point in time I am tempted to file another claim so that PayPal will take matters into their own hands and get a refund.
I am very disappointed.

I placed an order 7/28/14, for a lace front"[redacted] TW5 " an 18 inch Med Twist Paid $281.88, then never heard anything from Wig Parlor,([redacted]). I attempted numerous times to call but never could get through, always with the message "no one is available to take your call". I also placed messages on face book and their web site.and sent numerous emails from July to August 27th with no response. I continued to try & make contact with Wig Parlor. This went on for weeks finally in Sept. I was sent an email from [redacted] (owner) to call her an again I could not get through. I then received an email from her on September 25th, stating that there was a question about the "color?" I ordered. After 2 months & that she wanted me to respond to her email. When I attempted to respond, it stated "This is an Auto-Generated email that will not accept responses". Wig Parlor never responding to my many questions, then left me a message on Sept.27th, to call wig parlor between 12pm-4pm, I tried to call several times as requested & still could not get through.After many more days of trying to reach [redacted] on face book pleading for a response, [redacted] then Deleted all of my face book conversations. Finally on Oct. 8 I received an email shipping confirmation, confirming that my order was shipped out. I received it on Oct. 15th, when I opened the box a Horrible smell came out & when I saw the wig I cried, it was terrible & looked absolutely nothing like the pictures or videos on Wig parlor face book or web site, it is a MESS it' the worst wig that I have ever seen. The twist are short on top, the twist were all different sizes & shapes some twist we're coming loose throughout the wig, there are gaps/ large opening all over, just a horrible mess. I am now left with something I could never wear an I am out $281.88. I have ordered many wigs on line before and never have I experienced anything like this POOR workmanship, NO customer service ZERO, just Horrible across the Board. [redacted] from Wig Parlor stole my Money. I will be more than happy to send photos of what [redacted] from Wig Parlor sent to me.
