Initial Business Response /* (1000, 10, 2015/07/15) */
In response to the customer complaintWe had a new driver on route that was not familiar with the customerI as manager showed the driver where the customer lived and where she put her items to be removed. It was not visible for the driver to
see because of the items were behind a fenceThe other customer complaint was because there was a box wedged in container is why there was items left that the driver did not seeI as manager went back and removed the stuck itemEvery time the customer called we went back to pick up the itemsWe as a company do not hide containers for the customer not to find.As far as not lifting the container im sure it was probably to heavyWe have a pound weight limit
Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (3000, 12, 2015/07/23) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
This is same flim-flam excuse provided to me by person I spoke with on the phone at the companyI explained at that time my "so-called" heavy can was nothing of the sortI myself was able to lift the can, I am 55, pounds, and just getting over an illnessThe can was NOT HEAVYThey seem to believe I was just a trouble makerThis was the norm during the last two months of their serviceAgain, I would like a letter, call or sit-down with someone at Wigand, to apologize at very least, and give me a an explanation other than I did something wrongThis is the ultimate in shirking responsibility and laying blame improperlyThis SHOULD be unacceptable
