WORST SERVICE EVER!!! DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR TO NORTHTOWNE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE RIPPED OF! Brought my car there for collision workwhen I went to pick it up when I was called that it was done, I went there paid my 1,dollar deductible got my receipt and keys and walked out to my carCome to find out the vehicle repairs weren’t completeWhen I went back asked the cashier to get the manager, he came out asked me for my paperwork, which I gave him, said he would have to file a supplemental claim with my insurance companySince my car was up off of lease I asked him to get my car to the dealership when it was done, he agreedI took my plates off the car, knowing I would never see the car againmonths later I started to get harassing phone calls asking me for my 1,dollars?!? They took me to small claims court, in the process of their attorney and my attorney trying to settle it, they contacted the sheriffs to have my wages garnished!!! If I could give them a negative stars I would!!!
My *** *** *** I purchased at Northtown *** (April with miles) was T-boned in the passenger side 10/Took it to Northtown Collision because who better to fix it than my dealer
Dropped off Oct30, Received call Nov9th van was done and I went over the repairs while on the phone with Steve G*** for verification and told me that he would get back to me because now he wasn't sureHe did not call me back the 9th or 10thBut received another call back (Voicemail) 2-days later from Karen in Customer Service on Sat Nov11th at 5pm that my van was now ready and could be picked up Monday, Nov 13thThis was supposed to be a 4-day repair
When I picked it up Steve G*** was not there but Steve G*** wasVan was not completedGlue on cloth passenger seat, hot tool marks on trim panels and the interior passenger door panel was not replaced, exhaust hanging down, rain guards misaligned and scatched/smudged, paint buffing swirl marks all do
The day after dropping my vehicle off to Northtown I received, what I assumed was a misplaced call, stating that my vehicle was ready 'Are you sure?' I felt like, 'That's Impossible', because, Every major collision center I visited, ***, *** *** * ***, ***, etc., gave it, on average, a 10-day turnaround! I was reluctant to venture out to an 'Hey, you missed a spot', or, to a job that needed to be re-done Words cannot express my astonishment at what could only be described as 'A Phenomenal Accomplishment!, My vehicle looks New Again!, in day, not weeks!' Northtown must've used Magic because what they achieved doesn't happen in the real world (especially my world) I pity the fool that takes their vehicle to any place other than Northtown for CollisionPersonable People, Unbelievable Service and Yes...Magic
