The windows went bad within days of receiving themIt was an average of degrees and the cheap plastic window guides warped and twisted in an enclosed garage underneath shadeThe windows were placed standing straight up and not leaning nor laying flat. It took you a year and a half for you to finally respondI own a business and would never treat one of my customers the way you have treated me.

We contact the homeowner the warranty states the glass is free for years 1-10 and prorated years 11-20 and this is for the original homeowner. We have contacted the homeowner to let him know about the quote. We are following the written warranty.

Windows have been stored in a building causing them to twist and pull the mulls apart. No manufacturing defects found with the windows
