Thought it was a great place at firstI dropped my dog off before I went to work and my wife picked him up on her way home and she didn't notice that he had been bitten in the face and was missing a patch of fur, until she got homeThey did not call my wife, myself, or our emergency contact to let us know this had happenedNot only did they not call us, they hurried my wife out of the door and didn't even explain what happenedI was a dog trainer and I know dogs will be dogs but there is no excuseThere are signs when a dog is becoming aggressive and the staff should be able to recognize and prevent thisI would have been fine if they explained what happened or would even return my phone calls, but they only care for your dog when they are getting your money apparently
