Review: Invoice No.: [redacted] Order No.: [redacted] Date: 07/27/2014

Order placed 7/27/14, payment of $39.90 cleared my bank on 7/28/14. On the invoice emailed to me on 7/27/14, it said order would be delivered 7-10 days. I have not received order. I have emailed twice, called twice, both times left message because that's only option.Desired Settlement: Delivery of my order or full refund.

Review: I purchased $160 worth of wallpaper from this company last month. I received the right wallpaper with someone else s invoice. The wallpaper didn't come in the manufactures box as it should have, it came in open rolls with no labels. The paper was defective and would not stick to my walls. I had previously used this brand in 5 other rooms with no problems at all ,so I knew this paper had to be defective. I tried calling this business customer service # and of course it was a non working number. I sent several emails to the company with no response. I have since purchased this wallpaper from another vendor. It came in the manufactures box and I had 0 problems installing it.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund for a defective product.

Review: I ordered several different decals for my children's room but only received some of them but was charged for all of them. I tried to email the company on five different occassions since I received my partial order but nobody ever responded. There is not a number to call anywhere, not even on the receipt like the website claims. I did not receive my [redacted] signature decal and 2 orders of the "[redacted]" I would either like my merchandise or my money returned.Desired Settlement: I would like the company to respond and send the decals I am waiting for so I can finish decorating my children's room. It would also be nice if they included a phone number on the receipt for things like this so customers do not feel helpless.

Review: I ordered a [redacted] Decal on Nov. 18th and it was supposed to be delivered within 7 10 days. Its is now Dec. 5th. I have tried to call the number the Revdex.com had on its site and left a message. I have left 3 different e-mails also with no response. The $23.00 has been charged to my credit card already.Desired Settlement: I would like the decal.

Review: I placed an order with this company on 30 Apr 2015. Seven to ten day delivery was promised. On 10 June I gave up and placed a cancellation order. I asked for a refund of $39.90 to my [redacted] They had charged the card at the beginning of May. No response, no refund. I tried again last week. Still no response, no refund.Desired Settlement: I would like a credit to my [redacted]

Review: I placed an order on October 25 for [redacted] from this business. It was to arrive in no no longer than 10 business days, which would have been Nov. 7. I have sent 2 e-mails inquiring about my order, one to their support desk, one in response to the confirmation notice I had received, with no response. I looked up their website and tried to use their help desk, but could not be connected.

They have no phone number listed, but I was able to track a phone number through the Revdex.com site. When I called, it says they have not set up a voice mail acct, so there has been no way for me to reach this company.

I still would really like to receive the order, but don't know what to do next! I can't seem to get any response from them.

My credit card has been charged the full amount (on Oct 25.)Desired Settlement: Since my dining room is in disarray waiting to be finished with this paper, all I want is to receive the order. If they are unable to fill the order, I would of course like an immediate refund and an apology!

Review: Ordered 6 rolls of wall paper on the 15th of August 2015 for a total of $119.70. We have not received them yet! was supposed to take 7 to 10 days. Cant get any response from them by phone or emails.We have sent several with no reply.The purchase was completed online and moneys were paid and cleared our bank 08/18/2015. We want the wall paper preferably or a refund .Desired Settlement: Wall paper or a refund!
