I placed an order using this company's website. After I made a payment, I asked for shipping info & got no response. They shipped me an empty box.
I paid $352 for a blonde wig. They did not answer my email after payment so I sent another email threatening to dispute the charge. They got back to me the same day & said the product would ship by May 7. I said ok I wont cancel & asked for a tracking number. They did not respond but they shipped the package May 6. I thought everything was fine until I received a flat-rate box containing a canvas bag with only tissue paper inside.
I would prefer to have the product i paid for but since i no longer trust this company, i want a refund.

I did send the wig to this buyer. there were probably problems with USPS, it is not my responsibility to apologize. the money was successfully withdrawn from my account and returned to the buyer.
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
The box was delivered to a secure mailroom with security footage. Our package did not appear to be tampered with in any way. The seller shipped an empty canvas bag (containing only tissue paper) and, because this was supposed to be a birthday gift, I had a witness watch me open the empty packaging. The seller is blatantly lying & "probably" thought they could get away with it because they used flat rate shipping.

I ordered a wig and sent my specific measurements. I did not receive what I ordered. The wig was 4" larger than my head circumference and was 25" long when I ordered 18". The website says they are custom made and can take days to get to you, but mine arrived in 3 days meaning they sent something in stock, not custom. I tried to email for a refund, but they did not respond until I opened a paypal dispute. The company then emailed stating that if I returned the wig (at my expense) and closed the dispute, they would refund me. I did as they asked and per the USPS tracking they did receive the wig. They will now not refund as they promised and will not respond to any emails. So I am out the cost of the wig and the shipping to return. Again, there is no customer service contact phone, return policy or guarantee on the website.
