Was charged almost $for a diagnostic which would go towards fixing my vehicle & told they wouldn't repair it & I still had pay I brought my vehicle in on 5/28/with a warranty a failed lifter in which I was told it would be $fixWas told that my diagnostic charge which ended up being $would go towards the cost repair my vehicle in which they found a damaged camThey recommended a new engine, which was $bc of the mileage on the vehicle & I was told I would always have problems with itThe warranty company wanted see proof of Gerry Lane's findings bthey authorize paymentI was told by Britain that the warranty company was giving them the run arounds and that they also said they wouldn't pay the repairs on my vehicleThe warranty company stated that wasn't true & that Gerry Lane never showed them the damaged camI gave Gerry lane permission do whatever the warranty company asked and if they didn't pay for it, I'd get my own vehicle repaired whether it be another engine or just repair whst was damagedThey never showed the warranty adjuster the cam when they came outI got a call from Britain seeing what I wanted do as far as repairs bc her manager was on her about the vehicle taking up spaceI told her I was trying yo get a loan get the engine bc I didn't wanna have future problems, but to get an estimate sheet ready me come pickup with the engine replacement costs and the damaged lifter and cam cost so that I would know exactly what may needShe said okWhen I got there, she only gave me a estimate the engine (which ended up not being new, it was being ordered from lkq)I asked her the estimate of what it would cost change the lifters & cam, which is when britain told me that if I'm not getting an engine they won't touch it bc its bc it would cause many problems & I would still owe $the diagnosticI feel like I was being forced get an engine, in which I couldn't afford get at that time & that it was wrong of them give me an option and when I choose the more affordable option, or when I don't choose their recommendation, I'm told I can't get my vehicle fixedI should have been told that from the beginning bmy vehicle engine got torn downSo I was also going be forced spend $1000, in which was supposed go towards repairs, just get told what's wrong with my vehicle and still have a broken vehicle which $is still a lot of money basically wasteI contacted the manager kenderick on the following week, which is now the end of July bc I couldn't get the service manager on the phone come some type of resolutionKenderick finally got sam, the service manager, meet with me on 7/30/& he asked what Was my concernsI told himHe asked what is it I'd like him doI told him I want my vehicle fixed & my $go towards those repairs [redacted] said give him until monday or tuesday talk the technician bc that was his 1st tine hearing of itMonday & Tuesday came and we heard nothing back from [redacted] as promisedMy truck had been there almost 1/monthsMy brother & I tried calling sam, but could not get him on the line nor did he call backWe called kenderick again and he went into ***'s office and told sam he wasn't leaving his office until he watched him call usBy this time, I'm fed up & just want my vehicle & will get it repaired somewhere else [redacted] stated I could take it like it is torn down and not put back 2gether $I agreed only bc I was ready get my vehicle away from themI went in the next day & ended up having pay $bc [redacted] stated I had pay taxI told him had he said that previously, I have brought enough moneyHe stated he could've charged me the $as if say I better be gladI paid them the $I had them plus the $Ihad the tow truck driver & asked the driver could I pay him when I got home & I had somemeet me @ my home with the $the towI just feel that I shouldn't have had pay anything bc of all the bull I had endure & being that they wouldn't repair my vehicle

Had another dealerships deal work up to show them to outbid for businessThe manager took the paper and wouldn't give it backThey told me it was "lost." Finally got a price to agree to and one other couple (older) was bidding on same truckMy husband and I are in our middle twentiesThey said first come first serve on the truck and when our deal hit the finance desk first, they still took the other customers business even though they said we had it! Then kept us waiting for almost hours to see if the deal would workI believe they put our business off because our offer was lower and the fact that we are young customersNever going there again! This place is super shady

I brought my vehicle in on 5/28/15 with a warranty 4 a failed lifter in which I was told it would be $2530 2 fix. Was told that my diagnostic charge which ended up being $984 would go towards the cost 2 repair my vehicle in which they found a damaged cam. They recommended a new engine, which was $7406 bc of the mileage on the vehicle & I was told I would always have problems with it. The warranty company wanted 2 see proof of Gerry Lane's findings b4 they authorize payment. I was told by Britain that the warranty company was giving them the run arounds and that they also said they wouldn't pay 4 the repairs on my vehicle. The warranty company stated that wasn't true & that Gerry Lane never showed them the damaged cam. I gave Gerry lane permission 2 do whatever the warranty company asked and if they didn't pay for it, I'd get my own vehicle repaired whether it be another engine or just 2 repair whst was damaged. I told him I want my vehicle fixed & my $1000 2 go towards those repairs. [redacted] said 2 give him until monday or tuesday 2 talk 2 the technician bc that was his 1st tine hearing of it. Monday & Tuesday came and we heard nothing back from [redacted] as promised. My truck had been there 4 almost 2 1/2 months. My brother & I tried calling sam, but could not get him on the line nor did he call back. We called kenderick again and he went into [redacted]'s office and told sam he wasn't leaving his office until he watched him call us. By this time, I'm fed up & just want my vehicle & will get it repaired somewhere else. [redacted] stated I could take it like it is torn down and not put back 2gether 4 $600. I agreed only bc I was ready 2 get my vehicle away from them. I went in the next day & ended up having 2 pay $657 bc [redacted] stated I had 2 pay tax. I told him had he said that previously, I have brought enough money. He stated he could've charged me the $984 as if 2 say I better be glad. I paid them the $600 I had 4 them plus the $60 Ihad 4 the tow truck driver & asked the driver could I pay him when I got home & I had some1 2 meet me @ my home with the $60 4 the tow. I just feel that I shouldn't have had 2 pay 4 anything bc of all the bull I had 2 endure & being that they wouldn't repair my vehicle
