The customer paid a $50 screen set up charge at $25 per screen. We gave her the 3rd screen at no charge. We did all of the artwork and set up while waiting on customer to bring in the shirts she wanted us to use. Because we were moving we...

used another company to do the order. They already had the screens printed and waiting on the shirts. The screens get washed and reused for other customers; therefore no screen to return and no screen set up to return. We tried numerous times to explain this to customer.

She is lying!!! she said she was looking for screen...she had all my shirts I picked them up from them and asked for my deposit back. I called her several times she has never once reach out to me.
I want my full deposit back.

Office said they would refund owner said she would give me my screens and now she is saying she washed them? First she had to find screen to make them....and then find them to give to me....she never made them!

I will take her to court she is lying and it's not okay...
