I would like for Wilbur Duck to refund the Chevy Captiva they sold meI have had nothing but trouble with this vehicle on top of the fact they charged me twice the amount the car is worthI have missed work because of all these issuesI bought the extended warranty but yet they wanted me to pay for the repairsThey also told me the vehicle was a wheel drive turns out to be front wheel drive, but over all I want them to refund so I can go get a reliable vehicle and won't have to deal with them ever againThe public needs to know too so this doesn't happen to someone else

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.? For your reference, details of the offer I eviewed appear below.? My mom was there with me and is a witness that the sales person told me that this vehicle was a wheel driveAlso the only reason I got a rental and had the repairs under warranty is because I complained and complained about itI was blamed for the power steering problemThis vehicle has been nothing but a head ache and I'm still dealing with the power steering problem so when I get the results of what's really wrong with the power steering ( when there supposedly nothing wrong according to Wilbur Duck) I will let you knowThe only prof I have of all the crap I have had to deal with is my mom and sisterI also have the receipt from all the stuff that Wilbur Duck supposedly changedRegards,? To Whom It May Concern:  We are sincerely sorry that the customer did not have a satisfactory experience at our dealership. In regards to the customer's concerns with the power steering; on January 11, 2016 the customer brought their vehicle in due to inoperative power steering. Per GM specifications we replaced the power steering hose, cooler and pump. These items were covered under warranty and repaired at no charge to the customer. The customer was provided with a rental car while repairs were made. In regards to the customer's concerns that the vehicle was represented as a 4 WD; the only Chevrolet Captiva produced in that model year as an all wheel drive was an L TZ package with a V6 engine. The vehicle purchased by this customer had the L T package. No claims were made by our dealership about this vehicle being equipped with 4WD. As required by law, all used vehicles on our lot are clearly labeled with a window sticker, known as a "Buyer's Guide," detailing information about the vehicle and the packages they are equipped with. In regards to the customer's concern that she was charged twice the worth of the vehicle;the customer was upside down, owing more than the car was worth, on the 2009 Chevrolet Traverse that she traded to us. She was having problems with the car she traded and wanted to get out of that vehicle. We assisted her by placing her into a newer vehicle and paying off the loan on the Traverse she traded in. Again, we apologize that this customer did not find her experience at our dealership satisfactory. We are committed to giving our customer's the best car buying and service experience possible. Sincerely, Gino M[redacted] F&l Manager
