In response to the complaint received from Mr***, we extend our most sincere apologizes for any inconvenience caused upon completion of our work. Our most important priority is to ensure our customers’ satisfaction at all times. Our aim was
never to damage Mr***s’ propertyWe did, however, replace the trims with the exact measurements as the old ones.
The “cutting out of good new cedar clapboard”, as mentioned by Mr***, did not take place as it was not necessaryWe were simply replacing the window trims to match the existing ones.
The gap that remained between the wood siding and the new trims, in some places wider than others, is due to expansion and contraction of the wood siding. These areas are always filled with caulk as part of the painting preparation which the customer stated he would perform.
As a gesture of good faith, on July 16, 2014, we issued a refund check to Mr*** in the amount of $as he requestedCheck which has already been cashed
Because customer satisfaction is our top priority and being a company that always warranties our work, if needed, we would be happy to meet with Mr*** to address any other concerns.

I contracted with this company a few years agoThe temporary employees he sent to work on my home were inexperienced, very sloppy, unqualified and arrived without the proper toolsI took photos of the all the damage they did home and terminated the contract
