The store intended to certify the vehicle and originally listed the vehicle as CPO in the comments section After reviewing the costs associated with certification, the decision was made to not proceed with certification in order to keep the selling price low When the mistake was
identified of the car being listed as CPO, the store removed the CPO from the comment section prior to sale to the Customer Customer came to *** of Arlington from New York because the price was much lower than any similar product Customer was given the option to purchase the vehicle at the lower price, but not certified or at a higher price certified Customer was also given the option to fly back to New York at no cost to him if he did not like either of these options Customer decided to pay the higher price and have the car certified This was the Customer's choice and represented a tremendous value for the Customer *** of Arlington does not believe it owes the Customer anything at this time because options were presented to the Customer prior to the deal being finalized.Greg P***

The bridge was burned by the dealership and I cannot do business with them despite the GM callingI appreciate the effort and hope that Victor is repremanded for his poor ability to satisfy customersThank you Sami for your phonecall and attempt, it was a good and right gestureI thought I could work with you but the animosity of your staff left an impression on me I cannot forget
Regards,
