Wilburn Hauling

I did not receive trash pickup at all last week and nothing so far this week.
I have made multiple unsuccessful attempts to contact them.
In the past I have had much difficulty in reaching them for various reasons.
I have paid,in advance for services I did not receive. Now I must come up wirh money I dont have to hire someone else.

First I would like to say my service started with a different trash company and at some point they transferred my account to Wilburn. I wasn't happy but decided to see how things went. So...
Recently, I had some trouble with billing. They were billing me online and for whatever reason they stopped. Then sent me a bill stating I was late with my payment. After speaking with them that was all straightened out. Then I had a problem with a trash can that was crushed. It took me 2 and a 1/2 weeks to get the situation taken care of. Now, it's been a week and a 1/2 without my trash being picked up. When I call the phone number, a recording comes on stating they are either on the other line or closed. It tells me to leave a message. Last week I was able to do that but did not receive a return call. This week the mailbox is full and I cannot leave a message. I am very unhappy with my service at this time because I am paying in advance for a service that I did not receive. Now, unless I can get them to reimburse me for services they did not provide, I may as well have thrown my money in the toilet.

hauling failed to pick up my trash for 2 weeks....after I made my payment....so after 2 weeks of no pickups I cancelled by phone and talked to MIKE....HE said he would cancel figure out my refund and send it....5 weeks later....no refund...I called back still no refund.....on and on...this was in JANUARY 2018....I made my payment in December 2017 of $72.00...72 is paid for 12 pickups...$6.00 per pickup....they picked it up twice, not 12 times.....they owe me $60.00....I paid them $72.00.....
