I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that the response would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below."Act of God" or not, the business was negligent by purposely leaving my vehicle out during a hail storm. Regardless, at this point, my bumper will still not remain in place, I must push it back in place each time I drive it. It also still has traces of orange peel and scratches. Wilburn's had my vehicle for two weeks and my car is still NOT repaired properly (the original repair, bumper, I took the vehicle in for). I am requesting the remainder of my money back ($300).
