customer. Our shop inspected the vehicle and found the shocks to be in appropriate working order for the vehicle. The vehicle was taken to a third part Virginia Safety Inspector and this third party inspection passed the vehicle (including shocks). Based upon these two inspections, we believe the vehicle was safe to drive and the shocks were in appropriate working order when it was sold to [redacted]. For these reasons, we are unable to refund the $1,000 requested.

The bridge was burned by the dealership and I cannot do business with them despite the GM calling. I appreciate the effort and hope that Victor is repremanded for his poor ability to satisfy customers. Thank you Sami for your phonecall and attempt, it was a good and right gesture. I thought I could work with you but the animosity of your staff left an impression on me I cannot forget.
