Wilco Finance

There is plenty of policy changes that they are not informing customers with, and can't fix a car that's under warranty.
We purchased our 2006 Toyota Matrix from them January, 2019. Since then, the car has had MAJOR issues that should've been covered under warranty. They say they "fix it" but ends up making the issues much worse. And on top of that, they change policies without informing customers. When we first started with Wilco the grace period was 6 days...now all of a sudden it's 3 days and threatening to repossess our car. We were NOT informed of this. Wilco is a HORRIBLE company that I'm sure does plenty of people dirty.
