When I was contacted by the customer that it was time for next treatment, I told customer that I would be over the following day to evaluate lawn and treat lawn with what ever was needed to eliminate weeds and promote grass to green upThe customer did not allow me to come by and do what was
necessary to treat lawnHe only wanted a refund at this pointI am happy to provide a full refund as we garruntee our work percentThe first time we applied treatment it was obvious to the customer that we had been by and treated lawnWith the rainfall and early summer temperatures we have had, the basic treatments that was purchased was not addiquit to control the weedsMuch more was neededI explained that to customer the last time we spokeI am sorry this did not work outIf a name and mailing address could be provided to me, I will be more than happy to send a complete refund along with my apologies to make this rightpercent customer satisfaction is what I require to accept any paymentsThank you for the opportunity to make this right for youSincerely, *** *** Owner of Wildbills landscaping
