The first time we received a complaint from [redacted] regarding the quality of our work and services provided was after a complaint was filed against them with the Revdex.com by the public relations firm we hired on their behalf of which they refused to pay and claimed they had no knowledge of. If we had received a complaint from [redacted] regarding the quality of our work or the services provided, in the 10+ months we worked with them we would have addressed it right away and determined the best solution for both parties. This however was not the case. We will not be issuing any refunds to [redacted] as we delivered the product/service they signed up for when initially agreeing to work with our firm. Sincerely,Kari [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because: I made several complaints to April [redacted], the rep I dealt with 100% of the...

time. I expressed my concerns about the return on investment and was promised amazing results. The results were horrible and for 350.00 a month PLUS a PR fee I feel like this is a complete scam. I demand a refund.
