Since Wild Ginger opened in [redacted] in 2009, we have strived to please all of our customers with our high quality Pan Asian cuisine and casual dining experience. We believe that mission is being accomplished with consistently high scores on several restaurant rating websites such as [redacted]...

In a recent incident cited by [redacted], we were quite surprised by her complaint because after what she alleged was found in her take-away food, we spoke by telephone with [redacted] and offered to give her a credit in the full amount for the specific item. She agreed to accept our offer, and clearly and explicitly states so in her email to the Revdex.com. [redacted] now believes she should be credited for her entire meal offering nothing more than it was “not good.”
While we continue to believe our food is of the best quality, it is our goal to please our customers. We will therefore offer [redacted] a refund for the additional menu item, $13.00 plus tax. Please inform her to contact me personally Tuesday through Friday with her credit card information for a final resolution to this issue.

Review: I ordered over the phone and pick up food at the Wild Ginger Restaurant around 5:00pm. I ordered the Chicken Pad-Thai, Sesame Chicken, and spring rolls. When I came home, my daughter found not one but four long hair strands in her Chicken Pad-Thai. I called immediately, and spoke to [redacted] he wanted to give me a credit towards the food for next time. I told him, no way. I want my money back for the entire meal. The food was disgusting! He only wanted to give me credit for the Pad-Thai. I accepted that.. but feel the Sesame Chicken was not good either. [redacted] was unreasonable to my request.Desired Settlement: I want a refund for the Sesame chicken as well for $13.00 plus tax. I was told I would receive a credit on the card for Chicken Pad Thai $9.50 plus tax
