Seller advertises items he does not have in his possession. Misleading buyers as a gun company when in fact is an individual seller.I purchased a gun, Thompson 1927A1, item number XXXXXXXXX, for $1,160.00, from this seller, [redacted], via the internet on 6-25-16. I sent payment immediately. I received no communication from the seller until I submitted an inquiry as to the status of my order. He then informed me he had sold the item previously yet left it listed as for sale. When I left appropriate feedback for him he then left negative feedback for me. In his responses to me he stated that he would remove the negative feedback once I removed my Honest, Appropriate feedback left for him. He used Profanity towards me in his responses. He stated he would refund my cost of USPS Money Orders and Priority Mailing costs to him, which he did not. Seller represents himself as the Wild Indian Gun Company when in fact he is an individual seller, [redacted], offering items he does not physically have in his possession. Other feedback left by other buyers also represents similar experiences. After filing a Fraud Claim upon the internet he did return my purchase price only. Extremely unprofessional customer service ethics.Desired SettlementReimbursement of my cost of Money Orders and Mailing costs in the amount of $11.40.

I purchased an item online and the product that I recieved is substantially different than the item description. Seller refuses to return item. I purchased a[redacted] shotgun online on January 19, 2015 from the Wild Indian Gun Company for the amount of $1467.74 on a [redacted] card. The item was purchased through an online auction site called [redacted] The item listing number is [redacted] and the SKU number is [redacted]. In this listing the description of the item clearly states that the item came with Ivory front and mid bead sight. The item was shipped to a local [redacted] dealer and arrived on January 28, 2015. When I went to pick up the item at the local [redacted] the item did not match the description. The shotgun did not have a mid bead site. I did not take possession of the item because of the discrepancy. I have contacted the Wild Indian Gun Company on two different occasions, January 29, 2015 and January 30, 2015. The seller acknowledged their mistake in the description of the item but refuses to allow the return of the item and the refund of the purchase price. Desired SettlementThe settlement that I am seeking is for the seller to allow a return of the item to them and a refund of the purchase price. The seller must pay for shipping the item back to them.
