First of all, I originally filed this complaint with Revdex.com a few months after I received the mirror from Wild OrchidI was surprised to be receiving more information on this a year later,however, I am glad it was reopened because I never received a response last yearI do not accept the response from Wild Orchid because they never addressed the real issue of advertisement about the mirror from their websiteThey stated it was in round, which is all I had clearance for where I was going to put the mirror, and it came in measuring nearly inches! Therefore it did not fit where I needed it to goAs a customer, you trust that the company's measurements are exact when advertising their productsI would have never thought to measure it myself within the day return policy to check and make sure the company's advertisement was correctI don't think any customer would know to do that!!! I got frustrated on the phone with them after the company just kept repeating themselves about not being able to help me at all because of the strict day policy, not caring about what I Was saying in regards to their advertisementThey never addressed that issue then, like they are not addressing it now! As you can see, that would be very frustrating when a person does not acknowledge a topic you are addressingThey robotically kept repeating that they only could help me within the first days I guess no matter whatEven if they mess up on their website and tell the customer the mirror is inches smaller than it wasAgain, I would have never purchased the mirror to begin with had I known it was in round and therefore would not fit in the space I wanted it to goThe reason I could not put the mirror up right away was due to the holiday season, where I had holiday decor up where I was going to put this mirrorIt was going to go above my fireplace, where there is an inset of inches in the wood surroundI do not think it is fair that Wild Orchid does not address this advertisement issue with their posted measurement of this mirror, nor do I think it was fair that they would not let me return it when it was their fault! What terrible customer service to not have any other policy to address matters such as theseThere should be exceptions to the rule sometimes, especially when it's the own company's fault

I purchased a product from this company that was defectiveI asked to return the product (which on their website says is hassle-free) and was strung along for over a month as communication only occurred on weekly basisThey finally let me return it over a month laterIt's been over a week since confirmed delivery and they still haven't refunded me my paymentNow trying to get it back through a dispute
Avoid this company at all costs as their return process is the worst I've ever experienced!
