I stayed here with my family for a few days in the summer of The washer and dryer are outside on the back porch where the neighbors can watch you do the laundryThe washer is hooked up to the garden hose and the drain for the washer is pushed into the house sewer vent pipe causing a terrible smell in the washer and on the back porchBoth appliances must be unplugged when not in use because they lack the proper electrical connectionsWe found half the switches and electrical outlets falling out of the wallsIt's a miracle that no one gets injured in this placeIf this is not enough, the bedrooms are so small, your luggage and other possessions must be piled in the front portion of the house (so called indoor porch)In addition to all the problems with this house, the owners had excuse after excuse for not returning my husbands dollar security depositThe excuses ranged from the mailman stole the check to the post office lost the checkPlease don't get ripped off by these unscrupulous property ownersThere are several nice places to rent in West Wildwood, this is not one of them

Owners: Jay Kimberly and Sabrina Reichart
On June 19th 2015 a contract was signed for the rental of a property located at 710 West Poplar Avenue in West Wildwood New Jersey. A check was issued to Wildpoplar LLC in the amount of two thousand dollars. One thousand five hundred dollars for the rental and five hundred dollars security deposit. The rental began June 30th and ended July 8th 2015. I was informed that the security deposit would be returned 30 days after the end of the rental period. I have had numerous contacts with the owner of the property via E Mail regarding the return of the security deposit.
On July 31st Jay KIMBERELY had reported that he mailed the check for the security deposit. In Early August I informed him that the check had not been received and he related that a postman in his neighborhood had stolen the mail. KIMBERLY then reported that the US Postal service had found the check but KIMBERLY had trouble retrieving the check from the US Postal Service. KIMBERLY then reported that he would have the check sent via Fed Ex to my residence and provided a tracking number. The envelope and the check were never received. A check with the Fed Ex Corporation revealed that the tracking number was created by KIMBERLY but the parcel was not received by the Fed Ex Corporation.
Please let the vacation renter be aware of the unscrupulous business practices employed by Sabrina Reichart and Jay Kimberly in the rental of their property located at 710 West Poplar Street in West Wildwood New Jersey. This property may operate as Wildpoplar LLC.
