Around on Friday the 25th of March my husband, two friends, and I decided to rent paddle boards from an establishment named Wild SideIt is located in New Smyrna Beach and rents a number of beach and water sporting equipment, one such item being a paddle boardWe rented paddle boards to go paddle boarding on the intracoastalWild Side informed us that the boards were $a board for the whole day and that we could take them to the ocean or the riverWe are all new to paddle boarding, even some of us being our first timeThey rented us each a foot board with paddle and no life jacketThe receipts are attachedWe were aware that there would be no refunds at that timeSeeing as the inter coastal waterway was not as the Wild Side location we had to load the boards into my husbands truck and take them down to the intra coastal where we unloaded them and began to
