I am asking for a refund on shipping costs totaling dollars:I was charged to have the item shipped to me in the first place and;I had to pay to returned the item I did not order

The customer emailed: Wednesday, August 27, 2014 10:22 PM, stating that we sent him the incorrect shoes. He had ordered the following: 4 3/4 in. Goth Punk Gogo Lace-Up Platform Black Puknee Boot in a ladies size 12, as these boots are only sold in ladies sizing from the manufacturer. I emailed our reply on 8/28/14 at 10:59AM that he was shipped exactly what was pictured and the listing says nothing about these boots coming in men's sizing. They are 3-1/2" heeled boots and therefore are not manufactured for men. He requested to make a return for the item on 8/29/14 and we responded on 8/29/14 with return instructions. His return was received and was refunded on 9/10/14. He likely called during our lunch hour between 12-1pm eastern time and failed to leave a message. We return all phone messages within the same business day and all emails are answered in 1-2 business days. There are 5 telephone lines and a very high tech answering system here. We answer the phone "Online shopping network" because we have 5 different websites and could not possibly introduce ourselves with all 5 names when taking a call. We have been in business for over 30 years and do not need to bait and switch. The customer simply mistakenly thought he ordered an item in mens sizing when the item is clearly for women. He was already refunded so this complaint is really unnecessary.
