Again, the deep freezer was working upon our leave from the job site and MrB [redacted] own documentation has recorded the issue with the freezer multiple days after we were no longer on site Again, we cannot compensate MrB [redacted] for a loss that occurred after we were no longer on the job site
HD Restoration denies any and all liability for the loss of frozen elk meat in MrBi*** deep freezer On the last day of our services MrB*** himself opened up the working deep freezer and provided one of our technicians with a sample of the meat This on the date all of
our equipment was removed from the site and we were no longer utilizing any of our machines and did not return to the property.Again, upon our completion of our services, all equipment was removed At this time the homeowner himself checked the freezer and it was in working condition The short wiring in his garage that caused the breaker to trip occurred after we were no longer on site and therefore cannot possibly be our fault MrB*** has been informed on multiple occasions that we are not liable for damages that occurred after our departure from the job site.I cannot respond to the general comment of any lies MrB*** is claiming as there are no specifics stated, however we can state that all notes and documentation are logged directly into our CRM program as the job is performed and all statements in our response were directly from the jobsite notes in said CRM program We would be more than happy to discuss any specifics MrB*** would like to provide at a later date.Again, HD Restoration denies any liability for any losses that occurred after our departure from the job site

They can reject all they want. I had a professional electrician prove it was their equipment and negligence. I have multiple witnesses to back up my claim against them and they owe the money for the damages.
