I could tell immediately that he was a highly skilled professional and extremely knowledgable personI asked when someone might be able to come outHe asked me where we lived and promised he would be out and within an hour, and he was! On a Sunday morning in January, following the biggest snow day in thirteen years, I called MrM [redacted] of Wildlife Removal Service I was distressed about a "perceived" wildlife issue MrM [redacted] was most calming and drove through snow and on iced roads, arriving within the hour It turned out my fear was not reality and most embarrassing, to say the leastHowever, MrM [redacted] was the utmost professional, educating me on what to look for in the future and showing no frustration about being dragged out in the cold for a non-existent animal If I ever have a "real" or "perceived" wildlife issue in the future, it is comforting to have a company to call that you can trust

I called Wild Things on a Wednesday afternoon to describe a potential infestation in the atticThey were out at the home by 7:30AM the next day and told me not to be concernedThere was no infestation of any kind and that there would be no chargeI told him he should get at least a travel fee of some sort but he refusedTo just call him for any future issuesService like that is rare indeedGood job Wild Things dudes

I heartily recommend Wild Things Wildlife Removal. I had a serious squirrel problem involving squirrels that had chewed their way into my attic and then chewed further into the interior of my house. [redacted], the owner, arrived at my house within an hour after I called on a Saturday and trapped and removed the squirrel that had invaded my house. He then trapped 3 more squirrels and also repaired the damage to my house, both exterior and interior. His prices were reasonable and he did everything he promised to do, as well as explaining the reasons for what he was doing as he proceeded. I am definitely pleased and will call on him again if I need his services. And, because I live near many mature trees, that may well be necessary in the future.

Wild Things was a life savior!!!!. Jeff took the time to explain the process and was very professional. They assisted the Franklin Housing Authority in removing feral cats from the neighborhood that were preventing children from playing outside. I highly recommend Jeff and his company for any wildlife removal.

So, I contacted Jeff about the critter being in one of the traps this morning; and once again, Jeff said he would be right out... once again... YEP, you guessed it... within one hour... Jeff arrived to clean up and pick up the armadillo. This business is the best of the best for wildlife removal service missions. I'm still amazed, grateful and impressed with this business! Squirrels in attic had been previously trapped. Job extended to a longer length of time than expected. This company persevered to get the job done and done right. Recommendations were made to prevent future wildlife and these were practical tips. Very professional. I will call again for a future job.
