We are just trying to do our part to make this work out for both partiesThis vehicle was sold 100% as is with out a warranty, implied or other [redacted] was never declined a pre inspection or to purchase an after market warrantyWe are not trying to help because we have to, we are simply just trying to help because we believe it is the right thing to doWe are doing the best we can to get this done as quickly as we canWe are a small dealership with a person crewThis hasn't been convenient for our crew either Nissan shops handle infinity shops overflowIf anyone told [redacted] the appointments were with a Nissan store they made an errorIt can be confirmed with infinity of Lynnwood that the vehicle has been seen there over this courseWe have no reason to lie about the progress with your vehicleThank you

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: The vehicle was scheduled for a nissan dealership on may 4th It had failed to go to the dealership for servicingI was told it did go and I called the surrounding area Nissan service centers and not one seen my vehicle at allI was taken advantage ofMy vehicle was purchased on April 8th I had taken the vehicle to a Nissan service center in my local areaThe vehicle underwent a diagnosis from a certified mechanic (attached file of diagnosis)Was told it had a throttle body issue and they would need replaced and the ECU would need flashedThe dealership I had purchased the vehicle from hired an outside mechanic to perform the workTook weeks to receive the partsAfter parts were received and replacedAll that was left was the vehicle needed the ECU to be flashedIt has been a month now and my vehicle still has not been completedI have been given the run around called and emailed multiple times with either no one present to speak with me or left a message and no response backI have in writing that via email that the dealership would keep me up to date on vehicle progressionDealership had failed to do soI was told to contact the mechanic to be updated on the vehicleMechanic told me I should not contact him as I am not his client the dealership is and I should contact them with informationSo after the mass run around finally settled communicationsThen it became lack of communication once again failed emails and phone callsI am unaware of what work is really being performed to my car considering I have not been provided with a proper work history and/or parts being replaced on the vehicleIt has been a confusing month of waiting and being lied toAll information I received is over phone and very few emailsI have no proper paperwork being provided with work historyIf vehicle was taken to said Nissan dealership on the may I have no been provided with any paperworkOwner should have a right to know of work step trackingPoor communication and poor promisesHave been told multiple times my car would be completed on said dates but was notWas told the vehicle would be done may Vehicle currently still not completedLooking for completionWas told it will be completed Monday may 15, but I cannot trust them after I have been lied to multiple timesI understand some things do not always finish on time but one month later and multiple diagnosis of same problem and no completion I have realized I have been taken advantage of Sincerely, [redacted] ***
