Dealership replaced roof rails twice to resolve customer concerns. After multiple attempts it has been determined by dealership the roof rails have factory defect. I got Subaru factory service rep involved and he was able to provide some solution. Manufacturer will have
replacement roof rails available mid September which will fix defected roof rails. In the meantime dealership has give customer a courtesy vehicle to drive and Subaru factory rep offered 1st month payment and insurance for the inconvenience. Problem has been resolved.

There is no evidence nor can it be determined that the lugs were over or under torquedHaving said that, as a jester of good will we offered to pay for cost of the wheel replacement upon receipt of the repairOur offer still standsThanks for your involvement here
