Hello I have done some research in this matter ! It turn out this customer was refunded the full amount plus $and they also received there registration ! There insurance laps and there registration was suspended ! They called and screamed and my employees many times ! Also we do not send papers
to the DMV ! We send it to DTS our first line provider! The customers complaint is a flat out lie ! They harassed us ' so I refunded them to get them to go away ! Now they keep going cause they did not get more money, they don't have any hard prof that qrs did any thing wrong because we did not do anything wrong! This is a claim and has zero basis of truth!
