before it's packed to ensure it is top quality before it leaves our facility However, damage can occur during shipping Since the shipping company caused the damage, it's the shipping company's responsibility to compensate you for damage However, they need to be notified as soon as possible Do not use any part of a shipment until the freight carrier says it is okay to do so Each carrier has a different policy, but they will most likely want to inspect the shipment before they approve any credit.NOTE: Wildcat will not send replacement products for free if products were damaged during shipping.Website clearly states we do not replace damaged boxes The freight carrier should be contacted to handle any claims In an effort to save the customer from the time and effort of filing a claim with the carrier, Wildcat offered to issue a credit for the one damaged box That wasn't acceptable to customer In an effort to move on and not argue with customer, customer was immediately refunded the cost of entire order including freight charges and told they could keep the boxes for free Customer still was not satisfied Wildcat told customer that we can no longer do business with customer From Wildcat's perspective, at this point it is Wildcat's opinion that the customer is unreasonable, and needs to find a new supplier Wildcat will no longer respond to customer directly or through Revdex.com

Due to an unfortunate quality issue with our raw material supplier, we have had to reject several shipments from themThis has delayed manufacturing the boxesWe want to only produce perfect quality boxes ,so this has caused the unusual delay.We can either keep your order on hold for approximately

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.My complaint speaks to the misrepresentation and neglect with regards to Wildcat's customer service.  Had they followed through on returning calls that they clearly state in their phone message would take place, there would not be a need for this action.Wildcat is avoiding this point and not detailing the chain of events accurately.  Their effort to move on was to refuse to speak to the customer, issue a credit and terminate any future dealings. I was not seeking a credit for merchandise, I simply wanted to speak to Mr. F[redacted] of Wildcat to communicate more effectively as the correspondence was not accurate.I have maintained that my frustration was due to the inability to speak to someone directly and the response by Brian F[redacted] of Wildcat to complaint ID [redacted] to refuse to do so is clearly a continuation of the issue surrounding Wildcat's customer service practices and unreasonableness on his part to give voice to the matter.
