We have no record of voicemail left from March 2, 7,and on the property management Voice Mail or our after hours messaging system.On March 13th, Steve P*** (Property Manager) had a text interchange regarding a request of a weed whacker, Steve relayed that it would be delivered soon.Property
management returned Mr *** message left on March 20th on the same day, about a repair work order and had questions about paperwork, have re sent him all documents.Mr *** left a message March with questions about a repair work order,Property management attempted to return his call March Repairs to rental properties must be approved by the property owner.The only change that was made to his lease was to reduce the Security form $to $375.The owner will not provide free latte's for life.We have no control over the Flagstaff rental marketA record of all monies received and due was provided, and will also be emailed to Mr *** today
