I have requested on many occasions for all finicial records, audit records of financial transactions and other information regarding the HOA
On November 12th I made request to WTCA and many other dates requesting documentation from the board. By law they didn't not respond to my request or give me documentation for the following HOA finicial records, audit reports, balance sheets, comparative income/ expense report and bank statements. I requested a printed copy of the last 5 yrs of HOA fees and payments. The HOA Board has ignored my request and have not fixed a water, drain issue that keeps flooding my condo. I have proof of my request and even posted on their Facebook but they deleted recently but I have a screenshot. There is something not right about the board and I am concerned that they are not managing the HOA finances properly. And they are not paying for HOA fees themselves.
