I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint
the response from Charisma is completely inacurate and unfoundedNo employee has ever told me that the tire shine was not working before payingthey do not post any signs and do not even regularly have employees at the pay stationThe tire shine is REGULARLY out of orderI dont know how they know who I am and can say I have left without waiting for the shine by handthat has never happenedperhaps they dont have regular complaints, this may be customers drive off and dont know to checkhowever, I personally have seen other customers complainthese guys are lying.

machine. The customer selects the services they would like, pay, and then drive through our wash. There are occasions our armor all machine breaks (because big size trucks that are unaligned drive over the machine and cause damage). If this is the case, our employees will armor all the tires by hand. Contrary to what Mr. [redacted] stated, we definitely let our customers know. As a matter of fact, we have let Mr. [redacted] know on several occasions, but he states that he doesn't have time to wait for an employee to armor all his tires. At that point, this becomes a choice, not a contract issue. We still provide the service, just not the way Mr. [redacted] would like us too. Other customers have absolutely no problem with this and actually thank us when we let them know we will apply the armor all by hand. In closing, I'm sorry that Mr. [redacted] feels that we sell a service that we don't provide. However, numbers are on our side stating the opposite. We have washed over 2.8 million cars at this facility since 2004 and this is our first complaint for armor all. If we were selling a service that we didn't provide we would have many more customer complaints. We will continue providing the best customer service and striving to be the best.
