Review: On March 2, 2014 I purchased some tickets for the event that was originally scheduled in April 2014 and then was moved to June 13-14, 2014, which was no problem. The event was canceled due to lack of ticket sales just weeks before it was to take place, is what I was told. On the website it explained that we would be refunded the full amount ($402.50) and it would take up to six months depending on the purchase date. I started calling after the six months time period had past. I have called about 10-15 times at this point. Each time I call they tell me that they are working on it and they can not give me any ETA. I really would like to have this problem resolved ASAP.Desired Settlement: They said it was to late to credit my VISA so they would mail me a check.
