Realty Wealth AdvisorsIn regards to the complaint #*** filed against Realty Wealth Advisors by *** * ***:
Realty Wealth Advisors accepts applications per fair housing laws on all listed properties available for rentRealty Wealth Advisors pays a third party to
provide a national eviction search, credit report, and criminal background check for each applicantRealty Wealth Advisors declined *** *** and the other applicants based on those r6portsAs explained to Mrs*** she and the other applicants can obtain a copy of their credit reports, criminal histories, and national eviction results to dispute any items directly with those reporting agenciesRealty Wealth Advisors acted with good cause in denying these applicants due to the reports received by Appfolio, RentBureau and Experian
Realty Wealth Advisors does not take applications in hopes of "making a profit" as claimedRealty Wealth Advisors takes applications from all parties interested based on fair housing laws without discriminating who can apply or rent our listingsBecause Realty Wealth Advisors has significant costs in paying for third party screening and office staff to run the reports refunds are not given based on approval or denial of applications as is stated on the application
However, in an effort to appease Mrs*** we are making an exception to this policy and have ordered a refund check in the amount of $be cut and mailed to Mrs*** at the address given in her complaint: *** *** *** *** *** *** ** ***

Realty Wealth Advisors

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 1[redacted], and have determined that the response would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. Nails in the walls from hanging pictures is normal wear and tear especially for a tenant that has been staying in a residence for 2  years.  Not only that, the photos of the shed depict exactly what it looked like when we moved in.  We have pictures to confirm and also several witnesses.  The oven was filthy when we moved in (also photos and witnesses). The heavy trash was left on the sidewalk for the trash service to pick up and it was not left on the property itself. Also have witnesses for that as well.  In addition,  I placed 3 service orders on the refrigerator for the freezing issue and had to threaten a compliant to corporate for anyone to come out and fix it. The freezer had been reported several times and therefore charges are not valid.  Unless this can be resolved, I will be seeking legal action as these photos represent a false report.

On September 7th, 2015 an after-hour emergency call came in to Realty Wealth Advisors.  The tenant reported a water leak.  [redacted] went to [redacted] to assess the problem.  At that time, the contractor found that the problem was not a water leak but a backed up...

drain.  A work order was sent to [redacted] to snake the drain.  On September 8th, 2015 the drain was snaked and the water was eliminated.
On September 11, Mr. [redacted] called in to say that the basement was flooded from the bathroom.  The work order was sent to [redacted] but they did not receive the work order.  It was sent again on September 15 at which time [redacted] went back out and found that the float on the downstairs toilet had broken off and was causing the toilet to constantly run.
On September 17, 2015 the tenant's son [redacted] called in to report another back up.  Judy [redacted] sent the work order and called [redacted].  At that time, [redacted] suggested that the problem is mostly likely to be a root problem since the drain backed up so quickly and suggested they do a root treatment.  The tenant was instructed to let the chemicals work and to not run water in the drain for a couple of hours.
At this time, Mr. [redacted] called in and reanted for a considerable amount of time with Ms. [redacted], who was unable to get a word in.  Mr. [redacted] threatened to call his attorney.  He said that he contacted his insurance company and was going to hire a company to treat for mold and to replace baseboards and charge Realty Wealth Advisors.  Ms. [redacted] assured him that we would send someon back out which she did.
[redacted] did go back out to do the root treatment.  At that time, they informed Ms. [redacted] that a substantial amount of roots came out of the drain and thought that there may be pipe damage.
After September 17, Mr. [redacted] called to say that he will still having issues.  We contacted the owner of the home who agreed to pay for a video tape of the drain.  On September 28, [redacted] went back out to flush out the drain and do a video inspection which is when the discovered the broken pipe.  It was determined that the problem would only be fixed by digging down to the pipe to replace.
At the time of writing this letter, we are getting bids to preseent to the owner.  In the last 23 days, we have been to the home to try to remedy the drain issue 5 times.  We have used a professional drain repair business, not just a plumber as Mr. [redacted] suggests.  This pipe issue is not a simple, quick fix.  At this point, we are looking at a huge project as we will have to dig up his yard.
We intend to do mold remediation and drywall repair after the pipe if fixed to insure that the basement will not flood again.
Realty Wealth Advisors prides itself on it's maintenance and service.  We believe that we have responded quickly and attentively to Mr. [redacted]'s request for service.
Sincerely,
Judy [redacted], Office Manager
