Wildflower Apartments Reviews (%countItem)

I recently moved out of this apartment and was given an itemized bill for $1775 that contained numerous fraudulent charges and fees. I have photo evidence that many of these charges should not have been billed to me including trash removal, blinds, bathroom resurfacing, roach treatments, tile and vinal, pet damage, and general cleaning. All of these items are either problems that existed before I moved in or things that were fixed or solved by me before I moved out.

I emailed the apartment disputing these items and requested a more detailed list of the damages and cost of repairs along with evidence of the damage. They responded by calling to tell me if I didn't settle, it would be sent to collections within two days. The bill has now been sent to a collection agency.

Desired Outcome

Billing Adjustment Fraudulent items should be removed from this bill and this should not affect my credit score.

on June 23rd 2018 I filed a service request for my restroom toilet someone did not come out until the 27th of June at which time the maintenance guy snake the toilet and found that they would need to replace the whole toilet it is now July 5th and I am still without a toilet I live in a one-bedroom apartment so I only have one restroom I have a small 2 year old child that lives in the home

Desired Outcome

Billing Adjustment I would like one for my issue to be taken care of as soon as possible and also be compensated for the time I had to sit here without a toilet but my rent was still do in my issue isn't resolved Chris was put in before my rent was ever do but they still require me to pay my rent in full.

I moved to these apartments Nobember 2014. I had no trouble with thier management nor maintenance, until summer 2015. The dumpster moved a few 10-15 feet from my door step, when it was located further. It was always over flowing with trash bags, abandoned furniture, and old mattresses. I complained about the trash and they never lifted a finger nor picked up the phone to correct the issue. I was told that there apartments were 100% clean and the city always picked up the trash on time. Then cockroaches and bed bugs started sprouting out of no where. I went to the leasing office to file another complain and I was told to call their maintenance line, and if they find bedbugs I would have to pay $600 for a treatment. I was also told that of there are any bugs I must have brought them in when I moved. I had no furniture, only a brand new full bed and a plastic storage bin to organize my clothes. It was already over 6 months into my lease, and it was my first apartment I had nothing. I tried to get the bed bugs out myself by buying bug bombs from home depot and cockroach spray as well. It took me from June 2015-September 2016 to get rid of most of the bugs. After I thought these apartments couldn't get any worst I found a rat in my room! This occurred on October 2016, I called maintenance the second I found the rat and they never went. I found the hole the rat came in, under the kitchen sink, and covered it up with a board. A couple nights after I saw the rodent my front door neighbor told me he found two rats in the bathroom and bedbugs in his own apartment. I had to throw away the brand new bed I had bought only two weeks after I moved in. I had horrible red bug bite marks on my arms and legs due to the bed bugs, and I had no idea if the rat was still around. I informed them multiple times about the recurring issues I was having and never fixed. From October 2016-*** 2017 I started saving to move out of there. I only stayed there since the rent was very affordable and near the train station.

Desired Outcome

Correction to a credit report It is now June 25, 2017 and I have received a bill of $1059.80 from Wildflower Apartments. In that it includes the bug treatment and the charges of water, electricity, sewage, and gas I will not be paying for the treatment nor charges beyond *** 31, 2017. I am not the only resident to have had this horrible experience with them, but I am one of the few that have spoken up about it. They need to be shut down, the charges need to be removed, and removed from my credit.
