Used this company for years for yard maintenance and was pleased with the workI paid $a month for weekly service, amount paid automatically on 1st day of month for that month's serviceIn September of the maintenance crew came only onceThe $for October was paid automatically on October No service at all during that monthI sent email to *** ***, the owner, that I was cancelling my service and stopped service as of November 1, I asked for a refund for September*** wrote email: "I am in receipt of tour (sic) email and will follow up with my person doing the books to check into this for me." I never heard backI have sent several emails requesting a refundLast week I called and left voice mail asking for the refund and asking for a return callI have been ignored

Company failed to provide agreed upon lawn, tree and shrub service and in fact destroyed my lawn while letting trees and scrubs grow to extreme tights and withsAlso they cut down mature holly tree with our asking and disposed of it and all other shrub debris in my back yard behind bushes with our my knowledge until I discovered it They refused to remove it for over months My Bermuda grass is ruined I am changing companies after many, many calls, emails and pictires to owner Brandy and her promising that she will have her team do as corrected In good faith I paid her every month for months Upon term inating her this week by email and phone call she ginallt called back and demanded per our contracy that I havevto pay for September as well after so showed her the updated and horrible photos of lawn stating I will not pay for September She should repair my lawn and replace tree
