My mother died Nov 1st we cleaned her room out 11/02/Wildflower withdrew from her bank acc the payment for the month of NovAs of this complaint I still have not received a refund and no explanation as to why notI have been patient and just want what is due my familyThe Amount is about dollars so I think its understandable that we would want it back plus interestI am sure they are making interest off her moneyI have tried to work with Amy B [redacted] at Wildflower Lodge but have gotten no whereShe can't or won't give me office info so I can try and find out why we haven't gotten a refund yet
